TrustpilotDeclan Morgan went above and beyond
We can’t thank Declan enough for using his initiative and his experience in Sales, to get our sale to completion within the deadline and for going above and beyond his job and did what was needed to assist our Seller’s solicitors. I fear left to their own devices we would not have achieved this great outcome. Thanks Declan.

TrustpilotMartyn Gerrard and Moshi
Martyn Gerrard have been letting my properties for several years and they have always delivered quality service and tenants. I have dealt with many agents as property developer and landlord and must say haven’t found any to match the quality of MG this far. Recently I was impressed again by Moshi who I believe has recently joined the team. Must say another good addition to the team. Impressed me with his sales skill and delivered what he promised. With 24 hours arranged access, visited the property, completed valuation and then sent me the T&Cs including and attractive rental valuation, all in less than 24 hours. Confident he will deliver the end result as his colleagues have done in the past.

GoogleWe have had a great experience with Kyri throughout our house-hunting months - from finding us a house that was just right for us, to securing us the sale. Kyri was always helpful and on-hand, without being pushy, and is also very funny! We would have no doubts about dealing with him again for our next move and would recommend him to anyone.
