Titas was very accommodating during my property search. He showed me a few places in the area that met all my criteria. He has great attention to detail, is very kind and professional. Although I found a property through another agent, I would definitely recommend Martyn Gerrard, particularly Titas.

Found a listing on Zoopla by this company, got in touch with them and told them to either email me the details of the tenancy and send me the video of the apartment, if the apartment met my needs and requirements I was ready to pay the holding deposit for this property, they told me that they will get in touch with me as soon as they can, week goes by, they never do. No email no phone call no what’s app message, even though I specifically asked them to get in touch as soon as they can. Now the property is off the market. I do not understand why make all these promises and lose a potential customer by not getting in touch with them.

GoogleWe bought our house through Kyri, who had been the most proactive agent during our search process. He understood our requirements and was able to let us know about the house before it officially came onto the market. Once we had agreed to purchase, Kyri was very efficient and professional at moving things forward with the sellers and dealing with any issue that came up. He was always reasonable, and a genuinely nice guy to deal with.

GoogleWorst ever! Appalling ! We had a very bad experience with this agency. Flat was old and molded . Washing machine broke down every month and it always took 2 weeks to repair it. Walls were dirty, and agency paint only some spots , so it looked very ugly . In addition they tried to charge us for that. After all, they don't want to return our deposit. We really regret for renting flat with Martin Gerrard. Please, avoid them!
