We had some disappointment early on and they both never gave up, in fact their determination even after our sole contract expired and they knew other Agents were now involved it spurred them on to make the sale!Albeit at a reduced price ( which of course is my final decision) we got there in the end and I am very happy!

Re: Kyri Ayed I first met Kyri over 4 years ago when he sold a property for me at North Finchley. Without him, the chain would have collapsed. There were 6 people in the chain (6 households) - 6 people selling and buying simultaneously. He worked tirelessly to ensure the chain remained in place and I personally cannot thank him enough. A buyer was found for my house mid October and completion took place early December. Without Kyri's commitment and negotiation skills the chain would have collapsed and all 6 households would have been back to square one. He is currently helping a member of my family find suitable premises and I feel, without doubt, they are in safe hands. Thank you Kyri.

It takes a certain skill (or naivete on my part) to be impressed by an estate agent when they are informing you of being gazumped. I've never felt so gutted when I heard but Jess and Craig made it clear what the situation was and where they stood. Sympathetic while also honest and direct. Fortunately found my way through it and for the rest of the purchase, it went very smoothly. Jess was great at facilitating communication and providing updates, which helped enormously. None of this is a given, in my experience but it was certainly highly appreciated.
