Our only regret is to have passed on Martyn Gerrard for our first failed sale handled incompetently by a neighbouring major player.Martyn Gerrard were efficient, honest and they stood firmly on our side. We had a bumpy start with another estate agent and were a bit wary when we signed up afresh with MG. Despite our initial caginess Arzu was professional, helpful and available throughout the process. We also purchased through another branch at which Raphael was equally responsive and professional. Moving house is horrendous, but these guys definitely didn't make it worse! Would recommend.

I found and purchased a property with Martyn Gerrard's North Finchley office. The whole process was handled by Arzu Fedai with great professionalism. To add the property was probate and I was expecting a slow purchase, we had multiple delays because of lack of communication between the solicitors on both sides. Moved in just about a week ago and have had boiler problems since the beginning. Agent was sharp and unhelpful on the FIRST DAY and said we would be charged if someone came out and the boiler was fine. They sent us a link to a manual and that was it. We've been without hot water for days now and I have to chase the property manager each and every time we need to know something including when the plumber is coming and what they're doing. This was over the coldest days of the year so far! Ridiculous...
