Martyn Gerrard were great to work with. They always did what they said they were going to do...not always my experience with some estate agents! The valuation process, advice and mechanics of getting photographed, particulars agreed, viewings arranged and negotiating with interested buyers, coordinating the other elements of the chain...all went extremely smoothly. Found a listing on Zoopla by this company, got in touch with them and told them to either email me the details of the tenancy and send me the video of the apartment, if the apartment met my needs and requirements I was ready to pay the holding deposit for this property, they told me that they will get in touch with me as soon as they can, week goes by, they never do. No email no phone call no what’s app message, even though I specifically asked them to get in touch as soon as they can. Now the property is off the market. I do not understand why make all these promises and lose a potential customer by not getting in touch with them.
