Couldn’t have asked for a better service! This is my first time properly renting a flat, and I was welcomed with a friendly, flexible & attentive service from Erhan, who made sure to keep in consistent contact with me throughout the process, providing every update he could. Erhan is a 100% genuine, helpful agent who made me feel very comfortable; I couldn’t recommend him more :)

Rude agents..The person I spoke with had an attitude from the second we began speaking. The advertisement on the platforms stated a full property cost but then individual rooms cost which made the advert seem like there were looking for one or two people. To which I was told I was a liar, I had also asked that they inform me when they intended to call as I have many meetings, but this was completely ignored and I had to hold a meeting for this call as i didn't know the number and was concerned it was something urgent. don't appreciate the conduct of the estate agent, It is very difficult to get properties right now. Potential tenants need some sympathy while we are struggling to find someone where not rudeness

Declan and Martyn have been most professional throughout our dealings. We had some disappointment early on and they both never gave up, in fact their determination even after our sole contract expired and they knew other Agents were now involved it spurred them on to make the sale!Albeit at a reduced price ( which of course is my final decision) we got there in the end and I am very happy!
