Superb service from Alpa at Foxtons! We have just completed the process of buying a flat, and Alpa Patel at Foxtons was our agent during that process. From our first meeting with her, Alpa was a consummate professional; fully knowledgeable, immensely helpful, wonderfully communicative, and an absolute pleasure and delight to deal with. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, including dealing with a complex setup with our vendors, and managing two (inevitably) challenging solicitors. She even managed to get the flat fully painted and decorated by the vendor before we completed the purchase! Dealing with Estate Agents is not always...enjoyable...but on this occasion it was a fabulous experience! I would absolutely commend and recommend Alpa.

Appalling lack of transparency, 5 months of silence followed by an “ambush” claim

I had an incredibly unfair and unprofessional experience with the Foxtons Deposits Team. We moved out in October 2025, yet it took five months for any clarity regarding our deposit, a delay that felt like a tactical move to strip us of our right to provide counter-evidence.

I couldn't have asked for a better estate agent than Jordan. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire viewing process. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and tailored his recommendations accordingly. Jordan was always prompt, professional, and a pleasure to deal with.

Today is the completion date of my house, work very happily with Klaudijus, he is fabulous. He understood what we needed, and showed us lot of houses, also, his follow-up is great from start till the end. He is responsive, professional and nice. Next time if I want to buy or sell a property, I definitely will call him again.

Our agent Rafeena went above and beyond to ensure I could secure the property I can finally call home. She was always available and extremely professional. She was really helpful and addressed any of my queries/concerns in a timely manner. She was very friendly, understanding, and overall a great estate agent. I would definitely recommend you to get in touch with him ahead of your next move!

I wanted to view a house

I wanted to view a house. I was asked about my financial position and pushed to see their recommended mortgage broker and solicitor services. I said I had my own and it is all lined up so I'm not interested in using yours.

Our agent Uche was great and showed us multiple properties. She also helped us set up the contract with the landlady the same day to accommodate our travelling. My only quip is that when we went to pick up the keys another team member couldn't find them for a while and seemed a little disorganised and the cleaning hadn't been finished.

Rafeena was extremely helpful when l needed an emergency short term let for my elderly mother. She's extremely polite, professional, and got everything sorted within one day and walked me through the process which I was new to. She even provided great service once my mum moved in to make sure she was settled and everything was working as it should. Highly recommend her.

Antonia is the best, she showed me my first ever place I was interested in when I had never considered anything before and really helped my search evolve and get a better idea of what I need. Super patient, kind, and always looking out for the best options for me. Classy efficient and smart and pretty young lady who is amazing at her job. Very considerate and helpful and so professional. Thank you so much!

Felt lucky to have Alpa Patel as our agent. she is amazing, hardworking, always on time with a smile, even accommodating multiple viewings in her busy schedule requested by us. Real professional in handing our queries with seller and going that extra mile in helping us to get us over the line. Foxtons were amazing and thanks to Alpa, we had the best experience with them in our house purchase. Will definitely recommend Foxtons temple fortune team

We are very pleased to have Klaudijus as our agent. He is super proactive and professional along the journey, from day 1 when he showed us all the potential properties until we exchanged the contract and closed the deal. As a foreigner living in this country, it could be quite scary when you have to commit the biggest purchase in your life but he has been very supportive in this journey. I would definitely recommend!

A huge disappointment from start to finish

Our experience with Foxtons has been nothing short of frustrating. From the very beginning, communication was poor. Before moving in, emails went unanswered or delayed, and once we raised urgent issues like a serious mold problem, it was not addressed in a timely manner. We also went without heating for weeks in the winter before finally being given a few space heaters as a stop-gap.

I came to Foxtons looking for a short term let and with a very specific set of requirements. Rafeena was extremely attentive to my needs and worked extremely hard to find a place I would be satisfied. She was quick and responsive throughout the process. Even after the contract was signed she continued to make herself available to deal with small issues before moving in. I recommend Foxtons and in particular Rafeena.

I want to express my special thanks to Alpa Patel. She is incredibly professional, nice and reliable. She helped me all the way from property viewing to completion. She followed every step very closely and always updated me on the situation before my follow up and she never let me down. I felt very lucky to have Alpa as my agent and I definitely recommend Alpa to everyone who are looking for a property.

Horrible setup with bullies waiting for…

Horrible setup with bullies waiting for targets to exploit in whatever way possible- A lot on the estate agent services in united Kingdom.Their only aim is to collect the money from both tenants n landlord. After that no responsibility. Can't imagine recommend them to my worst enemy.
