I came to Foxtons looking for a short term let and with a very specific set of requirements. Rafeena was extremely attentive to my needs and worked extremely hard to find a place I would be satisfied. She was quick and responsive throughout the process. Even after the contract was signed she continued to make herself available to deal with small issues before moving in. I recommend Foxtons and in particular Rafeena.

My husband and I are very pleased to have Klaudijus as our agent. He is an honest professional who is proactive and a very good listener which is the key for us to tick off almost everything from our list to make sure we find the right house. Our house has been marketed by a number of firms over a period of months. When we were approached by Foxtons, we had two other agencies also on board. After a few weeks with Foxtons, we dropped the other two with Foxtons as the sole agents. A few reasons: the number and quality of viewings, set up of a WhatsApp group for quick and efficient communication but, most importantly, the time and effort put in by Alpa to know us, our house, the area and the needs of the viewers. Not sold just yet but we have more confidence in Alpa and Foxtons than we have had elsewhere.

I've recently started renting from Foxtons. They are both the letting agent and the managing agent. I have never paid so much for such a bad service. None of the extractor fans work, my heating doesnt work, the curtain rods are bent and now one has fallen off & luckily no one got hurt because they have taken so long to resolve the issues. I'm wondering is this even legal?

As a landlord (don't hate me!) paying for a managed service, they tried to charge me £90 + vat to fix a meter door with two cable ties. This is typical, and I have to chase them repeatedly for everything. My tenants and I deserve better.

Superb service from Alpa at Foxtons! We have just completed the process of buying a flat, and Alpa Patel at Foxtons was our agent during that process. From our first meeting with her, Alpa was a consummate professional; fully knowledgeable, immensely helpful, wonderfully communicative, and an absolute pleasure and delight to deal with. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, including dealing with a complex setup with our vendors, and managing two (inevitably) challenging solicitors. She even managed to get the flat fully painted and decorated by the vendor before we completed the purchase! Dealing with Estate Agents is not always...enjoyable...but on this occasion it was a fabulous experience! I would absolutely commend and recommend Alpa.
