Foxton team are so good and professional. I’ve been in contact with a lady called Alpa who is very knowledgeable and clear about her work and she’s been great to explain everything to every single buyer. Derek the manager also has been amazing and helpful, he is a great gentleman who is absolutely trustworthy. They have done amazing job 👍☑️. Definitely recommend them 👌🙏🏻

Foxtons and especially Karolina, made the process of renting a flat for the first time easy; she was amazing! From answering all kinds of queries to being available whenever I needed her, she was very hands on through out the process. She personally spent a lot of time chasing down things for me, and took away a large amount of my stress away! Will definitely work with her in the future!

Brilliant service from Jamal. After being let down by another agent, he arranged 8 viewings within 2 days and had offers in soon thereafter. Great comms throughout

Many thanks to Klaudmeister for his attention to detail and extra effort of showing us the areas of interest. It was so helpful as he showed us many properties in such a short time. He has a friendly and professional demeanour!

Five years a tenant, then a masterclass in incompetence at the end

I rented a property managed by Foxtons for five years and one month. We paid rent on time every month and never had a complaint raised against us. Then we tried to leave.

Alpa is an amazing agent who helped us find the right place, she really cared about What we did and did not want and it was really clear from the get go that she was going to be honest about the best place for us. She was really kind and offered to drive us to the locations for viewings, was always on time and overall just really nice.

Alpa provided an amazing service. Her knowledge of the industry was second to none, with her being able to guide us through the tricky hurdles of selling a flat! We have dealt with other estate agents previously and cannot recommend Alpa enough! Very professional and trustworthy! Thanks- Terry.

Eden and her colleagues were helping me with the search over the past two weeks! The team is amazing. I am very impressed with the professionalism of Eden Tudor-Stewart. She listened to my requirements and referred flats to me. I got a flat with another agency at the end. I highly recommend Eden and Foxtons!

Foxtons’s account’s department have bad ethical practices. The charged me as a landlord 3 years commission & after six months again charged me 2 years commission for the same property.when I complained they credited part of the commission but after a week they recharged me some more commission. As the tenant rent is deposited directly into Foxtons’s account I cannot do much about it and am finally taking them to court for fraudulent activity.

The worst and the most disgusting service ever! They agreed with a young lady and her elderly parents on my property for renting even though I had rejected the application.

Julide is a terrific negotiator and she is motivated by dedication to get the deal done in a way that both sides are happier than they even imagined! Thank you Juilde for all the contributions you make at Foxtons. It’s people like you who make the brand stand out.

I would strongly caution anyone against using Foxtons when purchasing a property. Our experience was deeply disappointing and handled with a complete lack of professionalism, integrity and basic transparency.

I had a wonderful experience with Foxtons, they helped me to take my first private rented apartment when I needed them the most. I was short on some requirements however they helped me to pass the checks and get the apartment I desired.

After checking out a property with my mum, I was truly impressed by how knowledgeable Jordan was. Should I come across the perfect property, I would undoubtedly choose to engage with him further. Thank you.

Julide was kind and helpful and was the nicest estate agent we dealt with (there were many) at a very difficult time. Very grateful for her thoughtful and responsive service 💜 …

It was a very nice experience with Klaudijus! He is very prompt, professional, knowledgeable and considerate. We met as I was booking for a viewing for a property to buy on Zoopla, in a Friday evening. He got back to me very promptly, right on Monday morning, and we managed to book a time slot on the same day! Besides, instead of viewing only the property we’ve contacted for, he managed to arrange 7 viewings in total, and they are all nice ones. He also showed us aroma the whole area, which is nice. On the same day, he also helped us to connect with potential Mortgage broker, and solicitor options. This is very helpful for us first time buyers. If you are thinking of buying your own home, do contact Foxtons! Joey
