It was a very nice experience with Klaudijus! He is very prompt, professional, knowledgeable and considerate. We met as I was booking for a viewing for a property to buy on Zoopla, in a Friday evening. He got back to me very promptly, right on Monday morning, and we managed to book a time slot on the same day! Besides, instead of viewing only the property we’ve contacted for, he managed to arrange 7 viewings in total, and they are all nice ones. He also showed us aroma the whole area, which is nice. On the same day, he also helped us to connect with potential Mortgage broker, and solicitor options. This is very helpful for us first time buyers. Extremely poor handling of deposit refund, lack of accountability and communication.

I moved out of my flat on 25 September 2025, and my landlord immediately approved the full return of my deposit. I provided my bank details to Foxtons on 3 October, and the online portal confirmed that the refund would be processed within 5, 7 working days.
