GoogleI have had the pleasure of selling my property with the help from what I can only describe as a dream team, from initial discussions (and throughout) with Derek Sweeney who is enthusiastic, very knowledgeable and answered all my questions patiently to having Alpa Patel and Klaudijus Koncius as selling agents, both extremely pleasant and highly professional. Apla Patel in particular is super energetic, highly approachable and made herself available to talk through any questions I had along the way, to having my property sold in record time by James Robinson who has just been super helpful throughout, keeping me informed and just easy to deal with. Thanks to her expertise and honesty, I have just exchanged contracts for my first property, which I am very excited to move into! GoogleAlpa Patel sold our property and did an absolutely fantastic job. Was always very impressed when she did viewings as had a good understanding of the property and area, and an excellent rapport with those she was showing around. A cut above. Equally once we recieved an offer we accepted she managed the sale expertly, keeping us well informed throughout the process, and helping chivy everything along, definitely would have been more stressed without her.
