Very very disappointed and let down by this agency not sure why they have so many branches. This is our first rental by all young individuals and teenager, it has gone horribly wrong.

Rented an appartment with foxtons at Standhope Gardens 62d Standhope gardens! After I found out that there were prostitutes residing before and that the bathtub collapsed 1 year ago and the wall crushed! Also, it was full of rats!

Two months after the end of a short let Foxtons still hadn't returned the deposit and failed to answer all correspondence. No issues or deductions have been suggested; they simply don't respond and I had to raise a dispute under the deposit protection scheme.

GoogleI was looking to buy a 2-bed flat in the Hendon area. Sam had handled my case. He was very helpful and friendly. Although I am now interested in a different property but it was a great experience dealing with Sam. I highly recommend Foxtons, and Sam in particular!
