Barnard Marcus has been instrumental in helping me find a property tailored to my needs. They have been going above and beyond in resolving any problems. My case was a bit more challenging than others as the developer had to go under administration but Barney made they process seem seamless and was in constant contact with the developer to ensure that the Help to Buy license had been secured. Akill was also brilliant in understanding my needs for the correct mortgage product and as a result I secured a very good deal in a challenging environment; furthermore, he was able to assist and resolve any issues even helping out during his days off. Overall, Barney, Akill, Barry and in general the team at Barnard Marcus have been a pleasure to work with and I cant recommend them enough

When I decided to look for a flat to purchase, I signed up with 6 local estate agents, of which Barnard Marcus was one. They were by far the most pro-active, had the greatest portfolio of properties and were always available to take a call or arrange a viewing. I have now exchanged contracts on a property and it was the easiest process I could have imagined and Barnard Marcus had a big part to play in that.
