BM Whetstone have handled the sale of our house and been an absolute pleasure to work with through the process. Cameron was our first point of contact and really helpful in getting our house listed quickly, and the whole team (Barney, Christian, Graca, Shaz) worked around our schedules to manage viewings. Unlike other agents we have worked with in the past, each BM agent was fully briefed on our house and able to offer a personalised tour and helpful insights to prospective buyers. Akill was very patient and helpful in securing our mortgage and handled the process seamlessly. Barrie was instrumental in working with solicitors and agents up and down the chain to ensure that we moved to exchange quickly; he really went above and beyond in keeping all parties regularly informed and managing any issues that came up, which meant that our stress was minimised and we felt very taken care of throughout the process. We could not be happier with BM and highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell locally - we have tried other agents in the area, and BM are a class apart.

Everything from the initial viewing to exchanging has been incredibly delivered by the highly professional staff at Barnard Marcus Whetstone. The purchase wasn’t the smoothest based on external factors but the staff at Barnard Marcus, especially Chris (Christian) was extremely helpful and kept me updated throughout, always polite, professional and knowledgable. Barrie the senior Branch Manager was also incredibly kind and helpful. Couldn’t ask for more, I really felt like a valued individual, more than just a buyer of a house! I was allowed to view the house multiple times throughout the process and no ask was too big, each and every time we spoke or interacted was a real pleasure. and once ready in the future, I will be reaching out to them again!

The team at Barnard Marcus managed to sell my property in a difficult market. They communicated with me promptly and professionally. They were extremely helpful in the days leading to completion in recommending a house clearance company and taking meter readings etc. A last minute issue arose literally days before exchange of contracts. I was very pleased how this was resolved by Barrie Christopher as had not been it would have been a deal breaker. Shaz was also very helpful on the practical side of the sale.

I cannot thank Cameron Russell and Barrie Christophi at Barnard Marcus Whetstone, for the professional and courteous manner and assistance provided in selling my late Mum in Laws 2-bedroom flat. Cameron made the marketing smooth and simplified. The property with pictures and description, had worldwide exposure. Cameron took control of keys in order to gain 24-hour access as the property was vacant, helpful as we are both resident in America. Barnard Marcus provided no problem in getting the home viewed by perspective buyers on multiple occasions. Without fail we were telephoned or emailed about scheduled showings, along with feedback from the viewings even over the pond. The marketing got us the best bang for our Bucks, and once a cash offer was received and accepted, Barrie kept us in the loop right up until the day of contract exchange and completion. Even going as far as a last-minute meter check so we could inform and pay EON. No fault of the office, there was a delay created by the inefficiency of the selling attorney's office. Barrie continued to follow up and chase down the process, remaining patient and a great advocate for all parties buying and selling. For a fee of just 1.5% Barnard Marcus estate agents of Whetstone, were great value for the money. I cannot recommend the real estate service provide enough. Thanks Y'all!

Not a good experience, with Barnard Marcus Whetstone Kids playing estate agents.... After our offer had been accepted by the seller, it was near impossible to get a 2nd viewing, unless it was done on their times/conditions. We pulled out from the sale and then got a very unprofessional reaction from one of the slightly more "senior" staff. Funny how the property we had our offer accepted on is still on the market and @ £20k+ reduction....
