I feel bad for the landlords who are doubtless paying through the nose for less than nothing. All contact takes multiple attempts by phone and/or mail before there's a response. All information is passed on insufficiently and requires confirmation multiple times. My foot was seriously injured requiring weeks wearing a medical boot and unable to walk or drive due to a metal lined kitchen unit door which to this day remains unreplaced, since last April, which fell over onto it from the position it had been left in by the second maintenance professional contracted to fix it, who arrived with insufficient information and without the necessary tools.If at all possible, landlords avoid like the plague, and tenants take out anti-property manager insurance (niche market opportunity for providers)! Would love to give 0 or minus stars but not an option.

I would have given 0 stars if I could. Their employee Joanne, told us to park in the visitors parking and then she dissappeared without being able to find her or the apartment. When we found her in her car, she told us that we couldn't do the viewing because there was a dispute with the tenants. Meanwhile, no one was picking up the phone back in the office. What a rubbish estate agency. AVOID AT ANY COST, STAY AWAY

GoogleAVOID. Left me homeless. Two days before my moving date Andrews pulled out of the signed (and paid for) tenancy as they hadn't completed their compliance checks with the landlord by way of an outstanding electric certificate so 'legally' could not move me in. I was given a move in date, served 1 month notice on my current property (which i had reduced from 2 months as they were so keen to get my money), was allowed to enter the new property to redecorate before my move which i had done, made the necessary arrangements to my change of address, bills, booked moving day transport only to be made aware of the issue two days before I was due to collect the keys. Although Andrews left me (and my pet) with no where to live, no help was offered aside from a viewing at an unsuitable property way over budget. I was told that my signed contract stands for nothing and if i make a complaint, it will come to nothing. Absolutely awful customer care, zero empathy from staff. The person i was dealing with told me they had to work until 6pm (god forbid) one day and didn't eat lunch until 3pm another day because of the issue THEY hadn't sorted in time with the landlord. Shocking as i was the person left without a roof over my head. In this current climate I was unsure of where I would sleep and how i would continue to work. Keli showed me one flat which I didn’t end up buying but I was struck by her knowledge of the market- Keli doesn’t dish out usual cliches which is refreshing and she understands property. I’d certainly go back to her to buy or sell a home. I’ve been an investor for a long time and, for me, she stands out as straightforward and efficient.
