I contacted Andrew’s as I was Interested in a property they had for sale. Spoke with Nancy and arranged a viewing. Fell in love with the property so ended up putting an offer forward. Being a first time buyer can be quite nerve racking but with the service I received from Nancy this was made a lot easier and put me at ease. I liked at two properties and They harass you with constant phone calls . When I expressed interest in a property they use Pressure sales techniques like ‘should I inform the sellers you’re making an offer’ without me explicitly saying such . I have multiple voicemails from this company . Do not advice to use their services if can be avoided. I’m aware all estate agents will chase buyers but Andrews were particularly pushy more than any agency I’ve come across
