GoogleThe team at Arbon and Miller have been very helpful and knowledgeable in the process of selling our house for us. Always keen to give useful advice. And they're all really nice to deal with. And maybe on a few occasions talked us off the edge of the cliff when things weren't going too smoothly. We would highly recommend using Arbon and Miller as the Estate agent for selling your house. And haven't hesitated in recommending them to friends and neighbours.

GoogleVery unprofessional. Communication from their end was severely lacking. There were multiple instances of “we will call you” which, over the multiple weeks of waiting for referencing checks, was non existent. Even after showing that a years rent could be paid multiple times over in a single go, the referencing checks failed? This was only discovered after I called and found out the checks had failed days before. They assumed I would know this information without being told directly from them. Being told the referencing was fine and then not being told they had failed is very disappointing. Time and money wasted.

FacebookI recently sold my property using Arc and couldn’t recommend them enough. Even before putting my house on the market they provided me with a lot of advice and assistance. They are very knowledgable about the local area and industry. My house sold within 2 weeks and they did all the viewings for me whilst I was work. Throughout the process they kept me updated and continually chased the solicitors and other estate agents in the chain to keep them on track and the process moving as we had a problem with one of the other buyers further down the chain. I’ve used other local estate agents in the past that I’ve constantly had to chase for updates but I never had this problem with Arc and they made the process of moving home so much easier. FacebookAfter using a couple of estate agents, who between them only managed 1 viewing in 6 months, we decided to sitch it up and found Arc. They were fantastic the whole way through, from their knowledge and professionalism down to the photographs they took of the house. Needless to say, less than 3 months later we were sold and moved out! Stacey and Julie were very friendly and extremely professional throughout and could not do enough to help and advise us through the process. Give these guys a go and I'm confident you won't be disappointed, if you're like me I don't go selling houses very often so it's improtant to get it right and these guys certainly do that. They take all the stress out of it and actually make it an enjoyable process!

GoogleVery friendly service, nothing too much trouble, very good support to a first time renter going overseas. Reannon was able to organise gas and electrical safety tests, remedial work etc after the landlord had left the country which greatly reduced the pressure.

GoogleWe needed to sell my fathers house in Hainault and chose Arbon Miller over a number of other Estate Agents. From the first meeting with Chris Jones and Jack Blakeborough I felt at ease and had no reason to question the professional advise they gave. Due to ill health my father was not living in the house. this was not a problem as we left the keys and the team at Arbon Miller did the rest. They carried out all the viewings and managed an open day for us. There was regular contact and we were fully updated at all times. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble right up to the day we completed on the sale. I would say that the service given exceeded our expectations and would not hesitate to recommend Arbon Miller.
