After dealing with some of the more questionable practices you sometimes see with estate agents in Redbridge, it was refreshing to work with a team that operates with honesty and transparency. Letting manager Reannon helped us move to a new property by swifty arranging a viewing of a new property and by completing all the paperwork necessary, helped us move to a new property. Whole team including Mr Jack and especially Reanon was very professional and demonstrated empathy towards us as tenants by helping step by step in finding a new accomodation. Highly recommend. Dean’s valuation was higher than two other local estate agents’ vmwhi valued our property, but he inspired confidence that we could achieve the higher price. FACT: We achieved the higher price. Sale agreed ✅Then the stress can really begin! But not with Arc and Angela Cottam from their Sales Progression team deserves special mention here. Excellent and proactive communication to keep the sale moving forward, and real tenacity shown to resolve potential issues before they ever got the chance to escalate.
