Arc were absolutely amazing when selling our property, the photographs were fantastic, the walk through virtual tour was so good that we received an offer before they had actually viewed the property, that speaks for itself. Jack and management colleagues at Arbon and Miller, have rented out our house for 6years 5months. They have done so very smoothly and efficiently, and are always flexible and happy to assist wherever possible. Rental payments are paid accurately and on the same day every month. A&M quickly found us great tenants and helped to keep them happy over the same period. The management at A&M use a maintenance company that charges us very reasonable fees for good work. Staff at A&M communicate very well by email and WhatsApp. They also have a clever, user-friendly e-system for the landlords and tenants to sign rental contracts and related documents remotely. All this has made our lives as overseas landlords much easier and less stressful than we expected. I therefore highly recommend Jack and his management team at Arbon and Miller, to landlords and potential tenants.

Would recommend Arc in a heart beat to anyone wanting to sell their house. Very professional, friendly and reliable. It’s nice to know that whoever answers the phone knows the specific details of your property and this wasn’t always the case with other estate agents that we have used. Having contacted a number of Estate Agents in Barkingside, I met with Chris Jones and decided to entrust my house sale with A&M. This proved to be an excellent decision, and the team worked with me in several different ways to ensure that the house was sold. From deciding on a strategy, to organising a really effective Open Day (Thank you Jack Powell), helping with the Energy Performance Certificate, sorting out access for viewing and a survey, to communicating on all of the issues with solicitors, potential and eventual purchaser etc. etc., I can honestly say, "I am 100% delighted with A&M throughout". Chris Jones remained as a key contact point during the whole process, Thank You, and the person who was always on the end of a phone and/or email from start to finish deserves a massive "Thank you Tracy Brace, you've been a Star". The service I received from the outset was excellent. Once I had an accurate pricing at the valuation meeting there was no pushy approach for me to sign up with Árbon and I didnot approach other agents. Where the agent really came into their own was in advising on the merits on the numerous offers,(over 10) , I received on my Ilford house and later dealing with some difficulties created by other professionals working for my buyer. Service was efficient, friendly and readily available .

Arbon and Miller- after many attempts to rent a flat I was left feeling disheartening and mistreated by other real estate agencies. However, Jack stepped in and changed that! He is highly professional, provides world class service, always happy to help, never once made me feel like a bother, he is extremely hard working and does it with a huge smile, very experienced and know how to built a great rapport with his clients. Reannon was absolutely amazing! She was not only entirely professional throughout what can be such a daunting process for a new potential tenant but she was also so kind, caring and understanding to all of my needs. She answered all of my questions with great detail and was always available no matter what time of day it was. As well as addressing all of my concerns, Reannon spent time to help my elderly mother understand what was required despite the fact that it was me taking up the tenancy! Both Reannon along with all the staff at Arbon and Miller were simply the best and I honestly cannot recommend her and Arbon and Miller enough!
