* If you are a Limited Company or a Landlord or a Seller, they can provide a tailor made package to suit your needs, exactly the way you need it.
* Thorough screening of any offers, scrutiny of paperwork to ensure there are no hassles in future.
* If you are Buyer or a Tenant, they can negotiate a deal for you.
* Very professional approach - so there is a separate point of contact who deals with all formalities and process as required by law, end-to-end. You are never left out on your own, somebody to provide support all the way through!

GoogleDear Arbon & Miller Management,
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the conduct and customer service I have recently experienced from your team.
On several occasions, I have been given less than 15 minutesβ notice before tradesmen are sent onto my property. This complete lack of notice is both intrusive and unacceptable, especially given that I am the current resident. Such short notice fails to meet even the most basic standards of professionalism and courtesy.
Furthermore, when I attempted to raise my concerns, I was met with a dismissive and unprofessional response from a member of your staff named Reannon. Rather than offering an apology or acknowledging the inconvenience caused, she stated, βWe are only doing what you are doing,β which I found not only irrelevant but also incredibly rude and unhelpful. This response lacked any sense of customer care or accountability.
The level of customer service I have received has been appalling and frankly, ridiculous. As a company with a reputation for professionalism, I would expect far better conduct from your representatives. It is disappointing that a few individuals are tarnishing the name of what is supposed to be a well-respected estate agency.
I urge Arbon & Miller to take this complaint seriously and to address the standards of communication, professionalism, and courtesy among your staff. I expect to be treated with respect and to be given reasonable notice for any future access to my property.
Please acknowledge receipt of this complaint and advise what steps will be taken to ensure such issues do not continue.

GoogleProbably the best estate agents. Jack was great from the start, responsive and kept informed as well as the online website, where I can look at viewings that took place and the feedback.
Tracy who helped move the things along was extremely valuable who kept us informed and is generally quicker solicitors and gave vital visibility of things with the counterparty.
Highly professional and approachable, and definitely recommend them for buying/selling properties.

GoogleAbsolutely awful experience with Arbon & Miller. I secured a property, paid the holding deposit, passed referencing, signed the contract, and paid the full rent and deposit, only to be told after everything was completed that the property had an unsatisfactory electrical certificate, meaning it was not legally ready for rental.
This was something they should have checked before listing the property or taking my money, yet they failed to do so. As a result, I was left without accommodation at the last minute, having already turned down other offers based on their assurances that everything was in place.
To make matters worse, they later readvertised the same property without even reaching out to me, showing a complete lack of accountability for the inconvenience they caused. Their handling of the situation was completely unprofessional, careless, and incompetent.
If youβre looking for an agent that is transparent, organised, and competent, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

From viewings being handled so professionally by Jack, Sharon, and Simon, to Tracy being my right hand man, all the way through. Nothing was too much trouble for Tracy, even when I had silly questions to ask, she always picked up the phone whenever I called. I find A&M very professional in property dealings, in my case I was engaging with Tracy from Barkingside office who has been so very helpful in providing timely updates on the property purchase. There was a point where I had absolutely no clue on the progress of the property dealing from our solicitors. The only people who were constantly feeding back information to me is the A&M agency. The process with arbon and miller in getting our rental property was efficient and faultless. The whole team were amazing, always available to speak to with an issue/ query, on the phone and via email, with quick and clear responses. From the 1st meeting to the day of completion, everybody at Arbon and Miller were superb.
They guided mum brilliantly from outlining the whole process, held her hand through the viewings and the offers process as well as all the conveyancing towards the end.
