FacebookRecently bought my bungalow through them and the service was second to none. It was a very complicated move but Angela was really helpful and patient. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely use them when I come to sell.

Listed on the Friday, they organised viewings super quickly in time slots that suited us, and the house was sold on the Monday! Dean, Lynsey and Catherine were all so friendly and so helpful, they made something I thought would be stressful really easy, thank you so much team Arc!

GoogleSo from the first meet with Simon I knew they were very professional. From the photos and videos all looked amazing. Tracy held our hands throughout the process. Nothing was ever a problem with her and the response time was super fast. You will not get a better service from an agent like Arbon & Miller. The team work as a team and they all know their stuff. GoogleI have been so impressed by Arbon & Miller especially agents Reannon Watson and Jack Powell, who have acted extremely professionally and diligently from start to finish of my lettings process. After several months of looking for a suitable rental property for my family it was nice to meet a team who took full control of the process, answered any questions with ease and made the moving process very swift. Even after moving they dealt with any queries I have had with speed and ease, and continue to provide day to day support when needed. Communication is 10/10, attitude is 10/10, professionalism is 10/10. I've dealt with alot of agents over the past few months and I can truly say the company and team are one of the best. GoogleAs myself and my partner were looking for places, specifically cat friendly we were having a hard time finding a suitable place until Reannon called! She called us and let us know about the beautiful 1 bed that allows cat within out budget. Once we arrived at the viewing, she was super friendly and answered all the questions we had. We put an offer for the place and the process was super easy and smooth sailing. Very professional and made us feel comfortable. Even now, the team are speedy with their replies and are very helpful with everything!

GoogleSo confident that Jack, Reannon and the rest of the team will find the best tenants and manage the whole process professionally for us. They secured our last tenant who stayed for 4 years and when they moved on, we didn't consider changing Agent as they are everything you need. Always there if there is an issue for the tenant and reporting back to us for an update. Great service, lovely people just what every Landlord needs! Well done with finding our new tenants. GoogleArabon and Millers are the best local estate agents in the Barkingside area. All the staff are knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. We took their service to rent our property and also to sell the property. Initially, I felt they were a bit expensive but they ensure that they provide good service. We felt that they were fair to both the owners and the tenants, and we liked that part. Their communication is good, even if the main person is on vacation someone will pick that up and continue. We never felt that we could not reach them. During the selling process - they acted very swiftly, and within 2 days the property was on the market with nice photographs. Ensured that the sale happened in a reasonable timeframe during this tough time. Overall: Arbon and Millers know their business and the area very well which helps them to serve the customers better.

Dean and Katherine (and everyone else at Arc) have been so helpful during this stressful time and are never too busy to answer our queries, even giving us advice on houses up with other agents.
