GoogleThe principal choice of using Williams Harlow, as our Estate Agents, was based upon the success rate that they had in selling similar properties in the area. From the point of contact, through to the valuation of the property, including the market expectations and approach to achieving a buyer, was professionally and expertly explained, planned and implemented. The process from arranging and accompanying viewings through to the acceptance of an offer on the property was handled with due care and diligence to us as sellers, to ensure that there was minimal disruption to our daily routine, yet acknowledging that we were looking to sell the property. The service provided by Williams Harlow, specifically Barry Hinton as lead negotiator along with his wider colleagues, ensured that the selling process went as smoothly as possible and any queries raised were dealt with promptly and efficiently right through until completion. We would have no hesitation in recommending Williams Harlow to other potential sellers; or buyers, and would use their services again in the event that we would need to sell another property.

GoogleSale of our flat went very smoothly. I felt we were given good, realistic advice reflecting the current market. We were selling our buy to let property and managed to do the whole thing without stepping foot in Banstead, such was the trust we felt we could place in Williams Harlow. I wasn’t expecting such an easy, stress-free process. Communication was very good throughout. If you are selling in or around Banstead then I can highly recommend Williams Harlow.

GoogleWilliams Harlow sold our home in Woodmansterne in Dec 2017, and I would use them again without hesitation. They found buyers just right for the house at a price above my initial expectations, and very quickly too (exactly 9 weeks from valuation to completion). FacebookWilliams Harlow Cheam sold our property under testing circumstances as it turned out. Not a straight forward sale due to various issues. Sarah dealt with the sale and kept me updated regulary in a professional manner chasing the other parties involved. Whenever I visited the office in Cheam village I recieved a warm welcome on all occasions with nothing to much trouble to be dealt with by any of the staff.I will be recommending Sarah and the team to anyone in the future who is selling a property 10 out of 10.

FacebookWe've recently moved house after finding our dream home with Williams Harlow Estate Agents. From first contact with them after seeing the house on Rightmove to collecting the keys when we completed, we've been really impressed. They really considered our needs as well as our vendors and were very responsive with any communications, either with us, our vendors and all the solicitors involved. Highly recommend this estate agent, who really helped to make our move much less stressful than we expected! A particular thank you to Steve who dealt with our move.
