We sold our family home of over 55 years with Williams Harlow. We found them to be friendly, professional and efficient and always had time for us. They were not pushy when hoping for our business (unlike another local estate agent we could mention), which was really appreciated as we were planning the funeral of our dear father at the time (the reason for the sale). We dealt mainly with Steven Jones, but also Ryan Smith when close to completion. Can't recommend these guys enough. They made the whole process as easy as possible during this difficult time.

I have received nothing but a poor service from Steven at Banstead. Full of excuses and lies. Has next to nil customer service approach. Tried to book and appointment for a property within the first 5 minutes of the property going online. Now he says 28 People called to book a viewing. Really? 28 people in the first 5 minutes of the property going online?? Find that hard to believe but, how about contacting the people who have tried to book an appointment, at least to advise them that you would rather sell it to cash buyers and not are not interested in their mortgage money, where is the courtesy nowadays? I will avoid William Harlow. They seem to have a bit of a monopoly in Banstead area at the moment and are sitting on their High horse with poor customer service skills. Regards Update: 'William Harlow' responded. However, my request to 'William Harlow' is that stop copying and pasting emails - that is out of context, Your employee / manager (Steven) left me a voicemail AFTER I chased him via email when I found out that on Rightmove that the property was SOLD and I was not even contacted for an appointment. STOP MISGUIDING PEOPLE BY GIVING VAGUE INFORMATION. HE LEFT ME A VOICMAIL ASKING TO CALL HIM BACK AS HE WAS AVOIDING PUTTING HIS UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR IN WRITING. Sadly, I have not been impressed with Williams Harlow. I was selling a property following the death of my brother and was advised to place it on the market just as the solicitor began the probate work. That of course took some time. A purchaser was secured early on in the process but then had to wait months. Understandably they became quite keen to exchange contracts. During this time I felt that Williams Harlow were working for the purchaser and not myself as the seller. Even though a price had been agreed with the purchaser, they asked for a reduction as the sale was taking time. Williams Harlow advised that I should agree to this. I didn't. I think they were keen to hold on to the purchaser and simply get their commission. In conversations with Williams Harlow I felt they were pressurising me to hurry the probate submission along; but clearly that was out of my hands. They showed little interest in the property until after exchange of contracts and then made a number of visits until completion. I would not use Williams Harlow again. I would seek an Estate Agent that was working for me, not for the purchaser or for themselves.

Andrew Bull has exceptional knowledge of the local area and I immediately felt completely confident to put the sale of our property in his hands. The team members I dealt with, Barry, Steve and Ryan, I found to be experienced and professional, offering advice, guidance and support through the sale process. They quickly secured a sale and, when this sadly fell through (this was unforeseen as buyer withdrew through change of circumstances) they managed to secure another buyer on the same day! I couldn't have asked for more from this team. They are amazing!
