GoogleLike most estate agents, they are akin to car sales men, not the most hounerable of careers. Under selling a property we went to market with made them an easy sale, they barely lifted a finger.
If it is a deal breaker whether you sell with them they will be yes men to get you on their books. Maybe best of a bad bunch.

Your sweeping supposition of the Estate Agency profession and the practice of this firm are unfounded
We received your instructions to market your home in June 2020 @ £525,000. We conducted four viewings and two of the parties made asking price offers. As is good practice we invited best and final offers, neither party increased beyond the asking price, one of the offers you accepted
Despite your purchaser being extremely patient and supportive with your property search you instructed Williams Harlow staff (despite our best advice) to contact your purchaser to ask them to increase their offer over your asking price. They did not
You instructed your solicitors to exchange and in turn complete in Dec of 2020
At the same time as dealing with your sale we instructed on the sales of No 10 and No 1 Parkwood View, both of these clients have been extremely satisfied with the service provided and have now completed

I really don’t think saying ‘trust the woman to find the washing machine’ is the best way to win over potential buyers, particularly a modern women of 2017. My husband and I were shocked to say the least.

We have as you know responded to this matter directly, however for the benefit of this public review the experienced staff member in question has worked with Williams Harlow for over a decade and feels his comment has been taken out of context. He was simply highlighting the fact that you located the integral kitchen cupboard containing the washing machine before he did when you were both looking.
