We have been looking for a House in Banstead for a Long time, however when we contacted Williams Harlow and spoke to Barry he was more that helpful. He gave us different options and fully understood what I was looking for. He eventually came up with a House that we fell in love with. Barry was very informative throughout the buying process and kept us up to date with everything that was going on. I have had the pleasure of using Williams and Harlow on a number of occasions. First was with a rental property for my father. This was a smooth and easy affair. Their team were fantastic and made this process very straightforward. The second was for the sale of my property. In error I went on with the same agent of whom I purchased the property. Unfortunately they over priced my property and over sold my expectations. After 4 months on the market and one viewing I went and saw Andrew at Williams Harlow. He valued my property and managed my expectations and put my wife and I at ease. Within 24hrs I was on the market with them and within 48 hours I had two viewings and one offer. After one week we had agreed a sale which was over the advertised price. After this milestone the rest was as they say history. A seemless and stress free sale thanks to the WH team lead by Andrew. If you are looking for a professional agent who will have your interests at heart look no further than Williams Harlow. Since my sale Andrew has offered me plenty of advice regarding my onward purchases. Which just goes to show that the aftercare is just as important to them as the sale. Thank you all.

From start to finish, professional, efficient, honest and straight talking. Above all, their passionate and personal approach is hard to find these days. I dealt with Steve mostly, who is very efficient, extremely helpful and supportive with his unbiased advice. Steve proactively drove everyone in the chain, worked hard and went out of his way to overcome barriers with our purchase, kept us informed and was easy to get in touch with. I really appreciate how friendly and totally professional he had been throughout the entire process. I was also constantly reassured and supported by Reece, who initially showed us the property that we finally bought. Throughout the process Reece was very friendly and approachable and dealt with the queries with patience and personal care. Overall, the Team at Williams Harlow are just about as good as it gets. I have also dealt with other agencies but they really are head and shoulders above the rest. I would highly recommend them as the best firm of estate agents I have had dealings with.
