I would like to start by saying a massive thank you to Sacha Scott for being amazing from start to finish on our sale and purchase. We had a tough chain but Sacha managed to find ways to sort things out very quickly and never gave up hope. We are so glad we decided to go with them. We really liked Sacha’s honest approach, quick valuation, advice and the speed it went to market was just brilliant. We were kept informed the whole way through unlike big chain estate agents who turn off at the end of the working day.. I got replies at all hours I don’t know when you ever get to rest Sacha !! 😁. Sacha Scott were great, from the first meeting we were impressed at the professionalism, drive and confidence. Once on the market, we had a continuous stream of viewings, good feedback and offers started coming in. We had very specific requirements for the type of buyers. We wanted a family to buy, as it was our family home for nearly 50 years, and the house next door! Sacha Scott were happy to accommodate our wishes. The communication between potential buyers, Sacha Scott and ourselves was excellent. After the offer had been accepted, Sacha Scott continued to help with solicitors and really cared about seeing the sale right through. Thank you.

We also received very prompt and efficient responses on every matters. We were on chain which is not an easy situation at all. But SachaScott made our property under offer and our offer being accepted within less than a month time. Excellent marketing! They took picture of our property beautifully and well customised wordings also drag people’s attraction. i.e As soon as our house were on Zoopla, over 1000 views clicked only for 3days. My brother and I both live overseas and we were selling a house owned jointly between us. We chose Sacha Scott, as a small owner operated outfit, over the larger multi site agencies on the basis that the sale of our house would be handled by the owners of the agency, rather than a hired commission based employee from a large organization. This was important to us since we would be communicating mostly by email and we would be thousands of miles away and unable to monitor the sale process personally. Sacha, the Sacha of Sacha Scott managed the sale for us and was at all times communicative and responsive to any questions or concerns we had throughout the process. If you want your sale managed by an agency principal who knows her stuff, as we did, rather than having the process being pushed down as far as it will go within a large outfit, then go with Sacha Scott.

Really odd estate agent ..arranged for a viewing over weekend.. to view today then told the agent was busy with another house ..then rearranged time waiting for approval no one got back to me.. then at very short notice said time was OK..but I have to travel over 30mins to get to location so no good to me ..so arranged for Wednesday..but suddenly got a message saying an offer was put and I need to view tomorrow..so you have an offer put in today and never thought to let me know ...won't bother with this estate agent going forward...absolute waste of time from the start...clearly tactical afraid to miss out tactic going on which doesn't work on me.

Whenever anybody asked for recommendations for estate agents in the local area, their names came up time and time again. With good reason!! We were absolutely delighted with Sacha and Scott who were both friendly, genuine people. They clearly love their job and were able to remain calm when I couldn't, answer all my questions and hold my hand (a lot!) They really do help reduce the stress of moving house and were worth far more than an online agency, as they got us far more for our house than we had hoped for. Sacha was absolutely brilliant during our house sale. We could not recommend her and Scott any more highly. Sacha took time and thought when valuing our property and considering how to market it. She was friendly, honest and approachable and she gave us confidence that she would treat potential buyers with the same courtesy we received. Also, unlike some other companies, we knew that it would be either Sacha or Scott that would handle viewings and that they would bring knowledge of the property and provide a professional service each time. I highly recommend SachaScott to anyone who apprieciates high attention to details, responsivness of people working there and what is the most important, the knowledge about properties they work with. It is not a chain agency and the first thing i noticed is their exceptional approach. I was on the market to buy a house and with many viewings i had it was the first agency able to answer questions about property, not just to provide running costs. We all know how it is with chain agency, all people booked for the same hour or just 10 minutes to view the property. No wonder i had felt assured and calm throughout whole transaction even though there were problems with the chain and whole process took almost 6 months. I am really grateful that SachaScott is in estate business as it is like a breath of fresh air comparing to all main street agents.

Actually Sacha was Agent for our Buyers so we don't know about costs.
