When we set up our estate and letting agents in 2013 we wanted to achieve three things: 1. To always deliver on our promises. 2. To build a fantastic reputation. 3. To achieve word of mouth referrals (because, let's face it - it means we are delivering on points one and two). By delivering on our promises we achieved a fantastic reputation. With a fantastic reputation came word of mouth referrals. Before we knew it, we were moving seamlessly from one transaction to another, picking up clients from grateful previous clients that wanted to help us grow. Those three simple sentences were our vision and yet their simplicity and honesty are what got us here in front of you today, ready to serve you in whatever capacity is needed. We get up every day hellbent on giving only a stellar service to every person that we interact with, be they sellers, renters, landlords or buyers. We bend over backwards to be everywhere we need to be at all times helping our clients by covering all viewings but also standing in for survey visits and other checks, so they don't have to. In short, we are an all-rounder in the world of agency and we have become known for a thorough and comprehensive service as a result. We base ourselves in the lovely village of Nork in Banstead and whilst much of our business is centred around that area as a result we are in fact a non-territory agent specialising in service rather than focusing on any single area. Our sales and lettings have therefore gone as far as Brixton to Bletchingley and so if we can get to your property within 45 minutes we will happily serve you and your property needs. When you work with us you will find there really is no job too small and we always go that extra mile to get you the most out of your transaction. We like to finish our day with a big smile safe in the knowledge that we only gave 150% to our clients because getting satisfaction out of our job is as important to us as getting what you pay for is for you. Very handy having someone chaseing the sale through and other lawyers and estate agents giving timely updates. All at a very reasonable price. They dont make you feel just like another person selling a house, make you actually feel like the client getting the service you should.

Hi Ross, to be clear to anyone reading this, we do not charge anyone to view a property, ever, your review is factually incorrect. I’m disappointed to read your review as I’ve already been in touch with you over email trying to help you resolve this. I’m responding here so the public can understand what actually happened and Google can also see the facts when they review the report I have made on it being nothing to do with our business or service. You were accidentally sent a rental application form that’s safely used by thousands of applicants across hundreds of agents throughout the UK every year. My team member realised the mistake within ten minutes, as you were looking to buy rather than rent, and emailed you to apologise and to ask you to ignore his previous email. As you have advised over email, in that short time, you accessed the form, clicked on a third-party advert for a mis-sold car finance check and completed it, and I assume giving your financial details. That link isn’t connected to our agency and we don’t receive any financial benefit from you completing it. As I explained in our emails, I’ve reported this to our form provider (Agent Response) for investigation for you and will be reporting back what they tell me. We are a small, family business and take great pride in offering an honest, caring and professional service. It’s disappointing to receive a one-star review for something completely outside of our control, particularly when I’ve been trying to help you resolve it behind the scenes. I’d be very grateful if you would remove your review but even if you choose not to, I will continue to try to help you get advice and assistance from the form provider. I'll be in touch on email. GoogleSacha and her team are superb! From start to finish their service was exemplary. The initial valuation was in line with market benchmarks and wasn't over valued which a number of companies are currently doing to secure listings. They listened to our input on marketing text and photos. The process of open house day was well managed with vetting of viewers and allowed us to feel confident that we would secure a good offer. The process after acceptance was our main worry but Sacha / Nicky and Judy all played a huge role in making sure that communications and actions were carried out by both parties. I cannot recommend Sacha, Scott and the team enough. We will always use them going forward.

GoogleIn 2018 we engaged Sacha Scott as due to a family situation, we needed to move overseas and rent our house out. As first time landlords, and as we were renting out our home, we were nervous about the process but were recommend Sacha Scott. From the first meeting Sacha alleviated our fears and we both got a real sense that they knew the current market. We used Sacha Scott’s fully managed service and they dealt with all issues quickly and efficiently having always kept any maintenance costs low with Scott doing any work he can, only calling in an outside contractor when really necessary. We were worried about the difficulties of renting out our house while on the other side of the world, but Sacha Scott have taken the stress out of the house letting process. We are now selling our house and we have received the same great service during the sale process. GoogleAbsolutely superb service from both Scott and Sacha when we were selling our property. They provided excellent advise about the selling approach, were exceptionally responsive to both calls, emails and texts. When our first sale fell through, they went above and beyond to both find us another purchaser but also to get everything over the line in 6 weeks from the new purchasers offer to move day! They were responding to emails late into the night to keep us in the loop. Wouldn't use any other agent again as the experience was so good! GoogleA property was posted late at night after 8pm, the next day I called at 8:43am. I spoke to a lady called Lynn, she said, the person dealing with the property in query is not in the office yet and she will give you a call, the only details she took was my Name and email address. I later get an email, saying I can’t view this property “because all the slots are filled” instead of arranging more viewings. I was confused as I called so early in the morning, I called Judith Whittle whom I received the email from. I asked her how it was possible from me not to get a viewing, she then lied and said she has been in the office since 6 yet the opening times are 9am and Lynn said she wasn’t in the office. I then expressed that I felt IT WAS DISCRIMINATION AND WAS NOT SELECTED DUE TO MY NAME, in which she sniggered and laughed over the phone and said what would make you think that. As a company I’m sure the phones are recorded so this is on record, when I said I will be filing a report she responded with, go ahead then, and put the phone down.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
Hello Bajrush, at any time, it is almost impossible to accommodate viewings for everyone when a popular property such as this comes on but during this pandemic it is even harder as we are having to proceed very carefully with booking viewings so as not to have too many people in one vicinity at one time. This is for everyone's safety. We are therefore working on an appointment basis with strict guidelines so as not to have different families/individuals in the property at any one time. However, as this property is so popular, due to its potential, we had filled the longer than usual slots allocated to it for this weekend very early today and in doing so have allocated more time to it than usual to disappoint as few as we can. With the Covid difficulties and the numbers wishing to see it, we had no choice but to set a limit else we could be helping with transmission as well as disappointing even more people who viewed and then lost out at offer stage due to the numbers involved. A back up list has been created to carry out more viewings next week if needed, under the same Covid careful conditions, and your name is of course on it. Today has been very busy for the office on this property and our team have been trying to contact everyone back who enquired to ensure they understand the circumstances and that whilst we would love to sell to you all, there can only be one successful buyer unfortunately and so it would be irresponsible to see more people than is required. We are just trying to proceed safely and work in our sellers best interests rather than achieve a quick sale and believe me when I say, we could have sold this without a single viewing today but we do not operate like that and never would. We want as many people to see it as possible as that gives everyone a fair chance but there are only so many viewings we can take, especially with Covid in play. I understand you became very upset on the phone and this too upset Judi because we have to safely accommodate everyone in current restrictions and as such can only go so far with bookings, however we have a variety of different people to see on this, from varying backrounds and I can assure you we would never discriminate under any circumstances. This is merely a case of there being too many people chasing after one property and there is only so much we can do in that instance. I hope you can reflect on what has happened here and understand that we are just trying to do our jobs as carefully as we can at this time and no offence was meant to anyone that couldn't book a viewing today. GoogleHaving never let a property before we researched the actions we needed to undertake to meet our statutory obligations as Landlords. There appeared to be endless hoops. Sacha Scott were recommended to us and we never looked back. They did the whole lot. We took their full management service which included Renter vetting. It's a couple of % more expensive than their base service but well worth it in our opinion. If you want hassle free, professional, knowledgeable and friendly I cannot recommend them highly enough. GoogleSo after a very disappointing experience with the estate agent who dealt with our previous house sale we had this wonderful couple recommended to us. We wanted to sell our house and get a larger one for our growing family, not only did they put us at ease they went above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble for them. Our house sold within a month of them advertising it and they also found us our forever home which we will be moving into shortly.
