GooglePrior to using Sacha Scott to sell my flat my experience with estate agents wasn't good to say the least. Communication was poor, the buyers weren't properly vetted so one sale after another fell through and I constantly felt like is was me doing all the chasing. After about a year and a half of one failed sale after another I thought I'd give Sacha Scott a try and I must say the difference was like day and night, from Sacha herself to the whole team the service they provided was the complete opposite to what I'd been used to. For the first time I felt like I had a team of professionals behind me who worked tirelessly to get my sale over the line. I honestly can't recommend them enough!!

Not only did Sacha find great, reliable long-term tenants but she always looks out for my best interests when it comes to renewals and negotiations - unlike most agents who might put their ability to earn a new find fee first. On top of this Scott has managed the house brilliantly - often fixing small issues himself and always getting the best price and quality for bigger jobs. Sacha also successfully let and sold my brother’s flat and sold my mum’s house for us a couple of years ago.
