GoogleWe decided to go with Sacha Scott after evaluating a few estate agents in the area, and the team have proven themselves to be a real asset throughout the process. From the get go we loved the dose of realism they brought to the process. Never once did they over-promise anything. We also appreciated their use of technology; from how they package up their proposals, to how they take photographs of our property, even the app they have to keep us up to date on viewings and offers. We would also add that it was always easy to reach them via phone or email.
Yes there were stumbles in parts of the process, but the team jumped on it straight away and were able to make things right. The highest praise we can give them is that they made us feel like we were their only client. Should we need an estate agent in the future, we would not go anywhere else.

GoogleI just want to say a big thank you to Sacha and Scott that they turned the last year of my life an absolute nightmare with the service and the house which they rented to me.
I'm more than disappointed from this agency actually you can share the one star with the landlords of the house which you rent to us because as you they was aware that the house which you rent me was in the ridiculous state.First you deliberately hide from us that the house is with prepay meters despite that we ask you couple of times and you pretend that you don't understand and not only that the meters was in debt as well and not only that you deliberately send my family into a house with no heating or hot water in -5C temperature with no card which I can even top up the meter.On the top of that you lie to me that you don't know about it and try to blame us. What kind of people are you ,how you going to fill if somebody do that to your family and kids, or you just don't care you are interested only about the money ,you don't care what you doing to other peoples life. After that you try to fix your lie and create such a mess that takes almost a year to be sorted. No bins on the property, debt collectors on the door early morning from previous tenants, Gas hob which is electrocuting you which in a later stage turn up to be completely unsafe to use ,filthy oven which we wasn't able to use ,even that you try to convince me that is been clean professionally as well as the house which is absolute rubbish. Absolutely disrespectful towards the time of others booking wrong people for the wrong jobs no care that we have to take time from work to wait for them but they use the fact that you don't have choice. Basically you use your tenants to fix your landlord's house so they don't have to waste their time and when I ask you to terminate the contract in mutual agreement because is to much wrong with the house you told me that is not fear with the landlord, basically guys you are landlord lawyers not an estate agency. On top of that you hurt my kid, the whole shower glass fell on the top of my kid because it wasn't attached at all to the wall . I hope the law will be changed that the tenant will have more rights so ''we didn't know'' would not be an excuse for you. To the end of the tenancy I was still waiting for the gardener which will fix the garden so we can use it properly but it never happens. Most likely the shelves on the wall are still not attached either, the light fell off the ceiling,windows some don't close some don't open infestation with flies in the bathroom which was coming out from the walls of the professionally clean house and a lot more. I can keep going but can't waste more time I already wasted one year, if you are a tenant my advice will be STAY AWAY.

Naturally we are disappointed to receive such a review from you detailing issues that were resolved as they were raised, most of which were over a year ago.
As you know, we took over management of this property shortly before renting to you and it passed all relevant safety checks and had been repainted and recarpeted throughout. Unfortunately, the landlords had an incredibly tough time with the tenants before you, they racked up lots of debt and didn’t tell them about the enforced change of meters, nor did they report maintenance issues. This left the landlord and ourselves dealing with issues as they arose once you moved in and we did absolutely everything we could to respond as quickly as possible.
The meters were a particularly difficult task due to the energy companies being so underhand with installing prepay meters at higher billing rates and refusing to move swiftly to remove them, but we had you paying online at the correct rate very swiftly whilst we battled to have standard meters reinstated. We also remain so sorry about the shower screen incident, we didn’t install it and there had been no reported issues of it being loose prior so we could never have known this might happen. We are very glad your son was ok and as you know, we had this sorted as an emergency as soon as you reported it.
We had thought that we had resolved everything to your satisfaction and left things on a positive note when we moved you out early at your request in December, with a good landlord reference. We are really disappointed to see this isn’t the case but we of course want to apologise again for any inconvenience caused and wish you all the best for the future.
