We cannot recommend Sacha and the team enough - They were miles ahead of any estate agency we have dealt with and the fact they are part of the EAN really does show. Through every stage of buying our first property, everyone was so easy to deal with and nothing was too much to ask - Genuinely a friendly, professional and passionate team who want to help. As first time buyers going through a bit of a learning curve, we were taken care of by Sacha right from the beginning with clear, transparent information and honesty in every conversation we had. This continued with Sales Progressor Erica, who was extremely proactive and helpful the whole way through. Jordan made the journey up from Banstead at short notice to allow us to view the property a further time and again, she was so pleasant and helpful. On top of this, their recommended solicitor was excellent and we were able to work smoothly to a realistic deadline. I really do hope Sacha Scott continues to expand and I wish the whole team great success. I encourage everyone currently in the market (especially first time buyers like us) to give them a call. I will continue to spread word about them to friends who are looking to make the move and get on the property ladder. Really impressive - The best estate agency we have dealt with. If i could give 6 stars Sacha and her team would have earned it. What a breath of fresh air! Our property sold within 3 days of coming on the market and the team was amazing start to finish. Sacha and her team really put the other agents in the chain to shame! The attention to detail was brilliant, Erica sending regular updates on progress, Jordan supporting with information and guidance was just great. I went past this estate agents a few days ago and on their marketing screen they had a poster showing a cat that needed adoption. I have never seen a company do this before and it was refreshing to see kindness. I know my review is not related to a service I have received but if I was going to use an agent in the future, kind acts like this would make me approach them first. At the heart of all estate agents’ transactions is the notion of trust which can be understood as confidence in a person to bring about an outcome. Having dealt with Sacha, Jordan and Scott - as a buyer - I can highly recommend their services as I felt confident throughout all stages of the process which have been communicated with full transparency. Jordan is very friendly and was able to arrange an initial viewing appointment for us within a matter of hours. Sacha also helped us to receive quotes for some renovation/improvement work that had been highlighted by the survey results and helped us to negotiate a reduction for this work with the seller. Scott also kindly offered to meet at the property to give advice on the work and also offered to put me in touch with contractors who could help. The whole process from start to finish was fantastic. Sacha was very honest about the market and set realistic expectations which I really liked. The communication was second to none and all queries were answered very quickly as well as keeping a constant eye on what was happening throughout the chain. There were a few hold ups at the bottom of the chain which Sacha and the team worked to sort asap even though it wasn't their job to do so. They were in constant communication with the solicitors and other agents. So much so, that I didn't need to speak to our solicitor much at all once the queries were dealt with! Their recommended solicitor, Woodford Stauffer, were also fantastic and worked very quickly to get our sale ready to exchange. Sacha came over on the day we were moving out, bearing gifts and a big congratulatory hug which was very touching and really appreciated. Apart from having to find a rental property within a week, it was a really stress-free process and Sacha Scott played a big part in that. A special thanks to Sacha, Judy and Jordan for their brilliant communication and support throughout.

Sacha Scott Estate Agents initially rented out my mother’s house whilst she was in a care home. The tenant was found quickly and the year he was renting my mothers house was completely stress free for my sisters and I Any issues that the tenant had were fixed without us ever having to find the trades people ourselves When my mother sadly died Sacha took on the sale of the my mothers house which went on the market in December and was sold by beginning of march All the staff at Sacha Scott were all very professional and caring to our situation but also always kept us updated and in the loop A special thanks to Sacha who really is a true professional and exceptionally good at her job and Scott for fixing any problems our tenant had with little fuss and Jordan and Leanne for giving us constant updates I would highly recommend Sacha Scott to anyone looking to rent or sell their property in the future.
