Sacha was brilliant throughout the whole process. The initial viewing was very personable and detailed and Sacha made us feel at home straight away. From then on after the offer Sacha’s communication was outstanding, whatever the day or time I felt Sacha always came back quickly. We had quite a complicated chain with onward purchase proving to be complex. We simply could not have done it without Sacha guiding us and keeping up informed, information that was painfully difficult to get out of our conveyancer. Outstanding service! Sacha and her team faced a considerable challenge selling a house that had been in the same family since it was built nearly 100 years ago - with very little modernisation. Despite private and commercial buyers coming, and then often abruptly going, they never gave up. Always optimistic, and brimming with ideas, their perseverance was rewarded when it sold for a very good price. They are a pleasure to deal with and I cannot recommend Sacha Scott highly enough.

Sacha Scott were brilliant with the sale of our flat. It was our first time selling and buying at the same time and they were more than happy to answer any queries we had and helped in any way they could. Our flat was on sale when all the 'mini-budget' stuff happened so that scared a couple of buyers away. Sacha Scott immediately got hold of other interested parties and managed to get asking price offers each time and we got our buyer on the third attempt. Nicky was brilliant at liaising with our solicitor and the estate agent we were buying from and kept everything on track. They even helped with some issues we had on moving day for which we can't thank them enough. I would highly recommend them. Thank you Sacha, Scott, Nicky, Jordan and the rest of the team!

It really was the smoothest, professional and high quality series over of interactions over the few months it took to complete. The marketing of the property was superb with fantastic photos. You could not fault the attention to detail. Viewings were handled seamlessly and the digital updates ensured we were fully informed along the way. From the moment we called for a valuation we knew we had made the right decision to sell with Sacha Scott. Sacha did everything to plan our marketing around our families' needs whilst Scott took beautiful pictures to show our home at its best. Judy was always in contact to tell us how viewings went and she clearly knew our home and how to market it. We thought once an offer was made, estate agents would be less involved but actually Amy was key to keeping communication going in our chain and basically explaining the whole process to us! I first came into contact with Sasha Scott estate agents when they wrote to offer their helping following the collapse of the online agents I was using - it was the first I’d heard of it but it was true! Sasha offered to deduct the upfront fee I’d paid the the online agent, so I was not out of pocket, and after her visit to value my home I was more than happy to market with this independent agency. It was a difficult time to sell and took a while but we were never short of viewings and even when I wondered if the price should be reduced, Sasha was very cautious and not like other agents I have heard of through friends, some of whom have ended up losing thousands of pounds due to drastic price reductions. Once the house was under offer, and particularly through some frustrating times waiting for inefficient solicitors in the chain, the help we received from Amy at the Sasha Scott office was outstanding. She kept us constantly in the loop, always replied to emails promptly and really went the extra mile in chasing up on queries to keep things moving. Thank you so much Amy for all your help! Sasha said when I first met her that she and Scott hope to provide a ‘ different experience of estate agents’ and they have certainly done that. I would not hesitate to thoroughly recommend them.
