We found Sacha Scott by asking for recommendations in a Facebook group after seeing several Estate Agents and feeling uninspired by them all. From the moment Sacha came round for the Valuation we could tell that they did things differently. We had other Estate Agents on our back trying to tempt us to switch to them with scare tactics but Sacha and Scott sold our property, in the timescale they had estimated and at a higher price than 2 other agents told us we'd get! Not only that but the reason we chose them was because we knew they'd be brilliant after the sale and taking us through to completion.. and we weren't wrong! Sacha was always on hand to assist/advise and with a friendly attitude, nothing was too much trouble and she made a very stressful process an awful lot easier. They are an amazing team and they really know how to do it right! 100% recommend them, there is just no competition in my opinion. Thank you Sacha and Scott! I want to tell you all how amazing these wonderful people are. From start to finish in selling our home, Sacha and Scott have been amazing. They really are the Full Monty and break the mould from the horror stories I have heard about high street agencies. Even assisting with our purchase. Without these guys, I am confident that things would have fallen through during the conveyancing stages of our sale and purchase. Sacha and Scott’s hard work, commitment and professionalism got our house sold and got us into our new family home. We’re eternally grateful and shall be shouting from the roof tops. SachaScott now manage our rental property in Thames Ditton. They have been an excellent team to work with. Their knowledge of the local area helped us to price it right to attract the correct tenant. Their prices are very reasonable and they don't charge extra for many things that other agents do. Having Scott on board is such a blessing as he is so handy and can fix most issues himself at reasonable prices so that we do not have to get involved or get ripped off! As a small business they really do put in so many personal touches that really make you feel confident that you've chosen the perfect company to manage your property.
