GoogleWe had arranged to view a property today to buy with Scott Martin and he did not bother to turn up. I called his mobile number and he did not pick up his phone or has called me back! One of the owners of agency not turn up for a viewing! Really!! Totally unprofessional!
I would seriously recommend using another agency if you want to sell or rent your property!

I have responded to your exact same Facebook review with a huge apology and have also left a message on your mobile to apologise and discuss. As previously explained, I made an error on the diaries and am fully responsible for Scott arriving late for your viewing this morning and therefore missing his slot with you. We don't usually do Sunday viewings but we were trying to see as many people as we could this weekend for our lovely vendors and landlords and sadly human error came into play. This is not a regular occurrence, in fact I think it has only happened once previously in almost 5 years and whilst I appreciate you are very cross I do feel a conversation more appropriate than you posting such severe reviews, we pride ourselves on our 5 star feedback and so this is a huge blow. We are a small family business and we honestly take customer service very seriously so I have not taken this error lightly. Your point has most definitely been made and I again apologise for your wasted journey.

GoogleThis agent works only part-time, the rest of the time is covered by fill-in incompetent staff without any knowledge of their properties, interest or customer service skills. Lack of personal communication and collaboration with the vendors is replaced by impersonal e-mail ping-pong. Certainly no 'personalised service' or personal contact even during working hours. Very disappointed with their unprofessional conduct. An online agent is better value for money

we are not part time - our office is open 6 days a week and our phone lines are open 7 days a week 8am until 8pm. On top of that we have two staff members responding to calls and emails quite literally 24/7 - I know because I am one of them. I am sorry you have had a negative experience calling us but rather than take to Google to register this kind of complaint (where I cannot fix it and may only see it now, two weeks later) I would suggest you call me directly on 01737 887 674 or email me on sacha@sachascott.com so that I can look into it. There will always be occasions that calls come in that the relevant person cannot be there to answer but I can absolutely 100% assure you that anyone answering our calls will always try to help and messages will be passed on. I have checked our system and you are not on it as Myster Iyna but our calls are recorded so do contact me with the call time and day and I will listen in to see exactly what happened and do my best to resolve to your satisfaction.
