When we set up our estate and letting agents in 2013 we wanted to achieve three things: 1. To always deliver on our promises. 2. To build a fantastic reputation. 3. To achieve word of mouth referrals (because, let's face it - it means we are delivering on points one and two). By delivering on our promises we achieved a fantastic reputation. With a fantastic reputation came word of mouth referrals. Before we knew it, we were moving seamlessly from one transaction to another, picking up clients from grateful previous clients that wanted to help us grow. Those three simple sentences were our vision and yet their simplicity and honesty are what got us here in front of you today, ready to serve you in whatever capacity is needed. We get up every day hellbent on giving only a stellar service to every person that we interact with, be they sellers, renters, landlords or buyers. We bend over backwards to be everywhere we need to be at all times helping our clients by covering all viewings but also standing in for survey visits and other checks, so they don't have to. In short, we are an all-rounder in the world of agency and we have become known for a thorough and comprehensive service as a result. We base ourselves in the lovely village of Nork in Banstead and whilst much of our business is centred around that area as a result we are in fact a non-territory agent specialising in service rather than focusing on any single area. Our sales and lettings have therefore gone as far as Brixton to Bletchingley and so if we can get to your property within 45 minutes we will happily serve you and your property needs. When you work with us you will find there really is no job too small and we always go that extra mile to get you the most out of your transaction. We like to finish our day with a big smile safe in the knowledge that we only gave 150% to our clients because getting satisfaction out of our job is as important to us as getting what you pay for is for you. There will be no ducking and diving, no excuses and no grey areas when you work with us: we excel at going above and beyond our remit to ensure that our clients never doubt our intentions or our commitment to them.

FacebookI would like to thank Sacha and Scott for their excellent service. My flat found the buyer after the second viewing. The process was very stressful due to the buyer solicitor's 'attention to detail' however constant communication with Sacha really helped. She was also a very good negotiator and helped to speed up the exchange and also supported me mentally throughout the process. I was also very happy with the rate and got a bottle of champers afterwards! Highly recommended.

FacebookA big thank you to both Sacha and Scott for helping us to move into our dream house so quickly. Sacha was constantly on call to answer any queries we had and even provided us with food on arrival as well as all our meter readings so we could just get on with unpacking. Hi Issam, I am so disappointed to read this review, esepcially as the only reason that you posted it was because our landlord chose someone else to take on the rental you wanted. As discussed with you, we pass over the applicants to the landlord and then discuss with them what suits their needs more. On this occasion the landlord decided on someone else. However, if that person fails referencing, you are second in line so this is all very awkward as we could have been calling you next week, not sure how that works now when you are clearly so unhappy with us. As for our agency working part time, our office is open 9.30 until 5.30 Monday to Saturday so I can only think you are stating this because you spoke to me when I was with my 3 year old, as I still answer my work phone even when I am not working (something I know other agents do not do). This doesn't mean I work part time, it means that I try to help people even when I am on personal time. Alas, my days are usually 8am until 11pm, working around the clock for my clients whilst trying to raise children in these limited childcare times because of Covid-19. It's a juggle at the moment but my clients, buyers and tenants aren't seeing any change in service, we are simply working longer hours to accommodate work and family as well as we can. Like most are in this pandemic. And we are doing so successfully and happily as we love what we do. We are a hard working family business and unsubstantiated reviews like this could do damage to us. Luckily we have reviews on here that prove our worth so I can only hope people skip passed this and realise it is incorrect and based on sour grapes but I also hope that once you are over your disappointment at missing out on a rental, you will delete this as it is wholly unfair. I wish you every luck with finding a rental. Sacha
