A few years ago we decided to move, with our business (in the Meetings&Events industry), away from the direct London area. The decision to choose Banbury was a combination of nearness to work with suppliers in London, to find inspirational new venues, lower costs and a good quality of life!It became a tough task, as places and properties we found, were either too expensive for our budget or in areas less attractive.Early 2016 we met a representative for Keepers Finders in Banbury, who understood what we were looking for. She (Celia Howells) made us feeling very welcome and made us express what we were really aiming to find. When we opened the door to the house we are now renting and said, “This is it”, it had been a long journey. Keepers Finders are keeping a high level of service and as tenants we feel well cared for. We were recommended Finders Keepers and the area as a one where we would feel at home- that is exactly what we do.

I have had a really positive experience with Finders Keepers. I had full management of my property with them and they kept me up to date with any issues and quickly resolved them. The only reason I am no longer using Finders Keepers is because I sold my property but I would recommend them to anyone thinking of using a letting agent. My only feedback would be their automated system which didn't appear to update so meant I kept getting sent an email telling me my gas inspection was out of date. Which was a little frustrating! I would like to especially say a thank you to Amy Simpson, she has been brilliant. She has been so helpful and friendly and I will miss our chats!

They listened carefully to my fairly specific requirements when I was looking for a rental property and saved me time by being honest about any properties I expressed interest in that they thought wouldn't be right for me, cutting down on the number of unnecessary viewings I made. When the right property came to market soon after our initial discussions they made sure I was first to see it and processed all the paperwork swiftly. Aftercare has been thorough, with minor maintenance matters dealt with swiftly and professionally. They are qualified, experienced, friendly and approachable - an ideal partner when dealing with a 350-year-old property that requires regular maintenance. Emma Herbert and her team provide a standard of service that is excellent: we own and let other properties in London, and the user experience and level of interaction we have from Finders Keepers compared to our managing agents in the city is like night and day. They care about the welfare of our house, their attention to detail is strong and, most importantly, genuinely attempt to interact with us in a way that gives us complete confidence that our interests are being taken care of. Worst experience ever with any Letting Agency in UK. I was their tenant at 35 Alma Road in Banbury OX16 4RT. During handing over the property the inventory checks were not done correctly as a result of which we got the property with broken shower, broken tap, broken room heater, cockroaches and bed bugs. Property manager Rebecca Woods without helping us, always blamed us for bringing in cockroaches and bed bugs in the property. At the time of leaving the property they have ripped off my Deposit amount making me responsible for Fumigation of the property. I was left with no other option other than raising a dispute with TDS (Tenancy Deposit Scheme) to look into this issue and help me recover my Deposit. Please don’t indulge into any deals/business with them because they will surely rip off your hard earn money as they did with me. ******** Reply to Owner - Finders Keepers ******* The areas that are covered in the check-in and check-out reports are completely different and this clearly proves your intention of ripping off tenant's money at the end of the tenancy. The areas like behind fridge, under the bed etc were not covered in the check-in report. Hence it clearly proves that the cockroaches and bed bugs were already there before we moved in. It was your intention to hide it from the tenant so that their money can be ripped off. I used to live in the property with my 4 year old kid and I'm really concerned now with his health and and hygiene issues as the inventory checks were not done following proper standards before we moved. I have full faith on TDS dispute resolution team who works with evidences. Hence I recommend everyone to stay away from a Letting Agency like Finders Keepers.
