Buying our dream home

It’s been 17 years since I brought a house and the process has somewhat changed. We found our dream home and Country Properties helped us navigate the purchase from start to finish. Very approachable and flexible with a number of visits to the property before the final purchase. Always at the end of the phone to answer 101 questions. Sasha in particular was our point of contact and can’t thank her enough. Having a local agent additionally helped as I was new to the area. Country Properties having sold many properties in the area was able to guide us with the purchase which really helped me. Now the fun begins in turning the old 1980’s house into our dream home. Very very disappointed. Shocking communication - only responded to my calls - never rang me first. Sent people to do viewings who did not know the house (and had never been in it before). Constant turnover of staff I was dealing with and I'm afraid I would NOT recommend Country Properties (especially considering the amount they charge)
