I cannot recommend these guys highly enough, not only did they keep my updated and informed throughout the whole process from start to finish, but they also done everything in a realistic, and empathetic way. I felt all the staff, even if it was people I had only dealt with on a few occasions were so so helpful. Charlie Graves was a star, so approachable, helpful and had my interests at the helm of it all. Very grateful and thankful for their service and support.

Charlie hosted our viewings with spectacular knowledge of the local area (Blantyre) he has been a fantastic help throughout the whole selling process. We would definitely use harbor to sell any properties in the future due to the care and attention to detail they put in. Cannot recommend them enough. Their adverts are second to none.. even for buying, the home report, photos, hd video and full details of every property on their website to save you emailing relentless "can I have a copy of the home report". The team at Harbor provided a 5 star service from start to finish! From our first meeting at the flat with Jason, to us handing over the keys. Abbie’s photos of the flat looked fantastic, which helped us sell the flat only just over a week on the market. Charlie, Nicole and Angela were great at getting the viewings booked in and providing me with feedback following each. Even after the flat had sold, they were checking in weekly with me, my solicitor and the buyers solicitor to ensure all was ok for our entry date. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell their property!

Great little family run business!! We chose Harbor to sell our house and to go with local business. We were glad we did so. From the outset young Jason was honest and knew the market very well. He surprised us with his estimate of the property and the sale lived up to his clever knowledge. He told us it would go quickly. It was gone in 2 days. Young Abbie did her thing with her photography and her pictures did our portfolio justice. Stunning!! Throughout our relationship with Harbor the lifeblood of this was communications expert Angela. An older head who is a boon to the family business. Her constant keeping up to date information from lawyers, clients and appointments is great. So what can we say about harbor? Warmth. We recently sold our house through Harbor Property and were delighted with the service we received. We spoke with a number of estate agents prior to selling and chose Harbor largely because of the initial meeting with Jason where his professionalism made him stand out from his competitors - not only did he show an interest in our property, he took the time to find out a bit about ourselves and showed amazing patience with our 2 year old son who hadn’t experienced many recent visitors to our home due to covid (not easy at all!😊). He had also clearly done his homework - he knew what we’d paid for our home and he knew what similar properties in our area had sold for. His valuation of our home and forecast of what price we could achieve was higher than what the other estate agents predicted and more importantly, he was absolutely correct - he knows his market exceptionally well. Through no fault of our’s or Harbor’s, our first sale fell through but Jason and his team helped us re-market and sell again quickly. Not only that, he almost single handedly kept the entire chain alive by communicating with everyone involved, other estate agents, solicitors etc and showed a remarkable willingness to go above and beyond and help us secure the perfect home for our young family. Without his help, I think the purchase of our dream home would have fallen through. As well as selling our house with Harbor, we purchased through them too and can honestly say that Harbor will 100% attempt to maximise the value of the property they are selling. Throughout the process of selling, the office team were great at giving feedback and advice on viewings and even after our property was sold Angela, the office manager, was fantastic at keeping in touch to make sure everything was running as smoothly as possible right up to our moving in day, foreseeing potential glitches and making sure the final steps, the exchange of keys etc were as stress free as possible. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Harbor Property to anyone looking to sell their home.

I can't recommend Harbor highly enough! Jason was so friendly when he came to view our house and we felt very happy leaving the sale in his hands! We even cancelled other estate agent appointments on how confident we felt with Jason and Harbor! Every member of staff was friendly and nothing was a hassle for them. Any time I called with a question someone was there to help. Harbor called me weekly just to check in and make sure everything was running smoothly so that was an added bonus. We ended up selling our home over and above the asking price, had 18 viewers and sold within a week at closing date, we were over the moon with everything Harbor did for us and can't thank them enough!
