Kevin really went above and beyond when…

Kevin really went above and beyond when selling my house especially in terms of the amount of his time he provided to make sure everything was prepared as much as possible for photos and viewings. He made himself available at all times of the day and night and made sure I was updated at all times. He was very confident which made me feel confidentent that my house was in safe hands. My property sold within days which was amazing. Thank you Kevin and team for making this an exciting and stress free experience

An extremely professional company

Kevin and his team work so hard. They sold our property in under 3 weeks. I would not hesitate to recommend harbor estate agency. The communication was first class. We were kept informed at every step with daily contact from Kevin on viewings and loads of feedback. We never needed to call them as Kevin always called us and provided updates. Selling your home can be stressful and anxious but with harbor it was so smooth they are an extremely professional company and definately know what they are doing.

Best decision we made!

I was recommended to Harbor from someone who had used them to sell multiple properties. As opposed to the cheesy salesman who came out to value our property from a multitude of estate agents, they were honest, genuine and truthful about what we could expect from the house selling process. Charlie went above and beyond to ensure we felt supported and looked after. The marketing was second to none and Abbie in the office kept in constant contact with us regarding upcoming viewings and feedback from potential buyers. We had an offer within a couple of weeks of being on the market and achieved a fair and accurate price. We have sold houses before but I can say with full conviction that Harbor are the best estate agents we have ever used. They took all the stress and anxiety out of selling our house and were friendly, easy to work with and professional from start to finish. Kevin also did one of our viewings and really knew his stuff. He went out his way to accomodate our work schedules and family routine. Harbor are a small outfit but by far incredibly well versed in what they do. We felt like we were at the forefront of their priority list and very well looked after.

From the initial meeting till the day wee bought and sold our house, the experience with Harbor was fantastic. Jason has sold numerous properties for my friends and family. Personally, this is the second time I’ve used him and I wouldn’t use anyone else. Jason and the team set up two whole days of viewings, I gave them a spare key and they dealt with everything. We first used Jason at Harbor nearly 10 years ago, and when it came time to move again there was no question about who we’d go with, we didn’t even think about looking anywhere else! Jason and the Harbor team were brilliant from start to finish. Attempted to sell my home before with an nother estate agent and had little interest. I did not have a good experience with that estate agent at all, not many viewings, certainly no offers. Decided to use Harbour via recommendation from a friend and wow what a difference. Charlie was very honest, he recommended changes to the home to get the most interested.
