He is very professional and talked me through the whole process!...He even organized the surveyor for my home report and recommended a great solicitor which was an amazing help.Throughout the whole process I was regularly updated on the progress of the sale and Jason was at the other end of the phone when I had any queries. Jason and his team provided an excellent service and went over and above to help me sell my property.

Jason and his team are extremely professions and take a personal approach in helping you sell your home. This was my first time selling and they put me at ease and keep me right through the whole process. They marketed our property beautifully, we were all extremely pleased. They managed the viewing process extemly well which meant minimum disruption to us in accommodating the viewers. My house wwnt on the Market in February and after 1 day I had a decent offer and after 5 day my house was sold for over the asking price!!I took the cash up front option, which is fantastic no need to worry about paying later or secret commissions. Choose Harbor for a stress free sale.

Jason and the team sold 2 properties for us in the space of 5 months. He managed to get the first one sold within 3 days of going on the market and the 2nd where other agents had failed. Jason and his team made the sale of my property so smooth and always kept me updated on what was happening and what stage the sale was at and explaining everything in detail nothing was a problem for his team always helped with any questions I had and they where always available at the other end of a phone call. Would definitely recommend Harbor Property to any one who wants a 1st class service in selling there property.

FacebookI cannot speak highly enough of Jason.After initially having a discussion with him, although I got a really good gut feeling, decided to go with a large well known estate agent thinking it would be the safer option. BIG MISTAKE!I decided to stay with Jason for insurance and all other policies as I believed he held our best interests and we would be well looked after. However, our experience with Our estate agent wasn't as positive as they had promised, and there were a lot of gaps and very poor communication! With everything happening with covid-19 everything could easily have fallen through and we had no communication or reassurance from our agent. Jason went above and beyond for us, and chased up things which he didn't have to, doing the job our estate agents were appointed to do. I can't speak highly enough of him, a very genuine person with your interests at heart. I regret not going to him for the whole process, as I feel he would have been more supportive, though can whole heartedly say that he will be my first choice for any future financial decisions or property transactions. Would highly recommend.

Me & My husband recently bought and sold through Harbor. The team were amazing from start to finish!! Our property was sold after only a week on the market and for a substantial amount over home report! As it was the first time we had sold a property, we were unsure on the process but the whole team ( Caitlin , Claire, Jason & Charlie) kept us right and gave the best advice. Always there to answer the phone and kept us up to date with viewing information. Honestly couldn't recommend them enough!! When we bought our dream house through them they were amazing and kept us up to date. They even celebrated with us on the phone when they were telling us the good news! Would not look anywhere else for buying or selling- they are a credit to this industry! Will 100% be using them in the future.
