They gave great advice at each step, and we'd be happy to use them again for a purchase or sale.

FacebookI have recently used Harbor Property to sell a house and have found them excellent to deal with. I had never sold a house before and had been led to believe it was a stressful process. However, Harbor have made the process pretty stress free for me. They provide weekly updates on any progress on your sale and you are also provided with a profile which is personalised to your sale and allows you to track scheduled viewings and other aspects of your sale. I would highly recommend these guys.

I have recently used Harbor Property for the sale of a house and have found them excellent to deal with. I had never been involved in selling a house before and had been led to believe that it was a very stressful process. However, Harbor have made the process pretty stress free for me. There are regular weekly calls from them during the process to keep you updated on any progress on your sale and they also provide you with a handy portal on their website which is personalised to you and enables you to check on scheduled viewings and other aspects of your sale. I would highly recommend these guys.

This company is so very professional in every aspect from 1st stages of selling your property, professional photo's taken, ensuring plenty of viewing appointment's (even offering to do these viewing's themselves), mortgage advise and set up on new mortgages, dealing with settlement prices and referring a solicitor for the final legal dealings, all this and so much more, trust,friendly and so very professional through out. Selling a property is one of the most stressful things you’ll do, even more so in the middle of a pandemic. I was apprehensive about what might happen and it was the first time I had sold a property. However, every single person I dealt with at Harbor Property was professional and informed and it put me at ease knowing they had everything covered. From the initial quote to getting (great) photos, all the way through to the after-sale support, I was impressed. Especially so in the period between accepting an offer and completion, I had regular updates from Angela and Donna which helped reassure me everything was taken care of. I would 100% recommend to my friends and family and I’d 100% use again on my next property. Competitive pricing and perfect service, the “big name” agency’s couldn’t have come close.

We bought our first property through Harbor and the team were amazing from start to finish. They made the process as easy as possible for us and explained how everything worked. We also took out our mortgage through their sister company Mortgage Information Bureau and they were BRILLIANT.
