When we decided to move home we used Harbour property to both sell our house and help is in buying our new house. The team where extremely helpful and I had viewers within days and my property sold really quickly. Harbour property were very friendly and knowledgeable in the property market and kept us updated with everything they were that good at looking after us that when my Mother decided to sell we had no problem going straight to Harbour and we would recommend them very highly.

We bought our first property through Harbor and the team were amazing from start to finish. They made the process as easy as possible for us and explained how everything worked. We also took out our mortgage through their sister company Mortgage Information Bureau and they were BRILLIANT. Everyone at Harbor and MIB kept us informed throughout the whole process and made sure everything was done correctly. If we were to sell our property or review our mortgage, we wouldn't go anywhere else! Thank you

I interviewed six different estate agents, local and national, before deciding on Harbor. It was a good decision. As with some other reviews here, our sale ended up being quite protracted and stressful. It seems that the industry standard for solicitors (buying and selling) is to operate at a speed that makes glacial look recklessly fast. Combine that with the inevitable concerns over how serious the buyer's intentions are, and there is huge scope for frustration and failed sales. Harbor are excellent in managing the process from marketing through to sale, but most importantly are actively involved in keeping communication channels open throughout with all parties involved. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Harbor are an estate agent who go the extra mile and really give you the personal touch. All the staff were helpful, polite and professional throughout, and we felt we were in safe hands with them. The sale of our house was far from a straightforward process, and did involve a fair amount of stress. But knowing that we could reach out to Charlie and the rest of the team made things a lot easier for us, as they were always happy to offer advice and reassurance. After every viewing Harbor went out their way to provide us with feedback, and in the event this wasn’t possible they updated us with that as well as their next plan too. I liked the text confirmation they use for viewings, and I really trusted that they wanted to sell our house for the best price possible. Having used another larger estate agent firm in the past, the experience was completely different and i felt far more valued and reassured as a customer of Harbor. I will recommend them to everyone and am delighted to have worked with them.

Well done to Jason and his close knit team for all their efforts on my behalf in achieving beyond my expectations in the sale price. Managed to sell my house within a week of putting it on the market! Unfortunately the first sale fell through by no fault of Harbour and beyond it's control... But only to put it back on the market a second time and sold it yet again within one week! It was clear to me that Harbour have been well established in local area with excellent knowledge and experience. Two of my family members have used Harbour and also had excellent service and experience with them. I'd have no doubts about going straight back the next time I am selling or buying. Jason, Charlie, Abbie, Claire and everyone at Harbour, thank you!
