Harbor Property went above and beyond…

Harbor Property went above and beyond for me. Moving is stressful but I had a few extra stresses and Jason took on a lot of that stress for me which wasn’t even in his remit but just wanted to give the best service which he did. I can’t commend these guys enough and know their stuff inside out. You don’t get a lot of companies nowadays giving the service these guys provided which I found so personalised. Their follow up care after you’ve sold and moved is also brilliant and can’t recommend them enough!

My sale was due to the loss of my husband, very unexpectedly but from start to finish Jason at Harbor property has given me 100% support in every way possible, he was very helpful with everything he done to help me no matter any day or time he was there , I can't express how relieved I am today my house is sold and most of this has been down to you ,reassuring me things will be ok , even on my melt downs you took control, I can't fit in this page the amount Harbor property have done for me in this long lengthy process but I highly recommend as an estate agent that has your back , and shows empathy and genuine care and not just there for his money this man deserves a medal Jason thank you for everything and please take my advice you won't be disappointed definitely adapted to suit your needs and nothing was ever too much

I sold my property through Harbor Property and they also helped me on purchasing my new property who are 1st class and very professional on what they do. Jason and his team made the sale of my property so smooth and always kept me updated on what was happening and what stage the sale was at and explaining everything in detail nothing was a problem for his team always helped with any questions I had and they where always available at the other end of a phone call. First class service from a great company

I used Harbor property to sell my house and the service I got was different class Jason worked tirelessly to get my sale over the line when we had a bit of difficulty at one point and that is something you wouldn't get at a national company as you are just a number to them where Jason cares about his clients as it’s a family run business adding that personal touch and does all he can to help whenever you need him. He doesn’t treat his company as a 9-5 company he’s there for you at anytime that suits you. Can’t thank Jason and the team at harbor enough for getting my sale over the line so I could move to my new home.

Professional, Reliable Service

I cannot thank Jason and team enough for all the help I received from Harbor Properties whilst selling my property, even with the very unusual circumstances that surrounded the sale I felt in very safe hands as no idea where to start. They went above and beyond to help me get my property to the standards needed to be sold for its maximum value, with such ease due to me living abroad and with me not been able to be there to oversee the sale of the property. An amazing estate agency. All staff are very friendly and approachable. they done all my viewings as I had already moved. Great service very trustworthy to take care of my property in my absence. They keep you up to date with progress on my house sale and made sure we received the best price. First Class Service

As a first time home buyer I was lucky to be signposted to Harbor property. There was a lot I did not know about purchasing a home. However, they made it easy for me to view properties within my budget, I was signed up for regular email updates followed by phone calls. Charlie Graves my property agent who helped me view which is now my new home, is a patient individual who listened to my needs and conveyed them to the home owners. They agreed to sell the house to me and it was immediately taken off the market. For anyone who is looking for a home visit them and you will be offered a first class service.

Could not have asked for better!

We were looking to sell my parents home which for us was a highly emotional time and to be honest we weren’t looking forward to it. We wanted an estate agent who would basically deal with everything…and we found it. As soon as we met Charlie Graves we knew that Harbor was the Estate Agent for us. We couldn’t have asked for a more caring, genuine, friendly person who was both professional and knowledgable to deal with our sale. We were kept up to date during every step of the selling process and Charlie was always available to answer any questions we had. Charlie and Abby attended our viewings as we felt it was too emotional for us to deal with. Abby also did a fantastic job of photographing and marketing our property and is a credit to Harbor, such a lovely, friendly girl who explained absolutely everything which was great. Our house sold in only 9 days and I’m not surprised. Harbor have an amazing client base and knew who to contact as soon as the house was on the market. Unfortunately we had a problem with the legal side of our sale due to an issue with my fathers Will and Harbor helped us enormously with this and kept our buyer up to date. We honestly couldn’t recommend this estate agent highly enough, we trust them 100% and would have no hesitation whatsoever in using them again.
