I would just like to say a big thanks to Harbor properties for all the effort which the team put in from start to finish. Viewings were well scheduled to suit both parties out with working hours and at weekends. As the marketing was so good the family who viewed it first knew what they where getting and bought the house at first visit.Even through the sale process we were kept in the loop on how things were progressing.When sale was progressing we where kept on the loop at each stage and managed to get the best outcome listening the advice from the sales team.All in all a first class service. We would have no hesitation in recommending Harbor Estate agents to anyone. Thanks again to all x

What can I say... i had a few different companies out to value my house over the months i was thinking of selling, Harbor also came out then, but i was scared to commit... the team were not pushy and gave me a wee call just to find out how things were, others were constantly contacting us to sell.. i felt the team gave a friendly, knowledgeable service from start to finish, kept me informed, gave me a shoulder and ear when I needed it, I really trusted they had my best interest at heart... and most importantly, they sold my house on the 1st day of viewings... AND got me the best price possible. Outstanding service, even after the sale went through they were still in contact with me to see how things were going with my purchase and that i was doing ok. 1000% recommend. We engaged Harbor Property (Scotland) Ltd to sell our flat. From start to finish Charlie & the girls couldn't have been more helpful. The team at Harbour did a brilliant job getting my property sold. The property took a little longer to sell than expected which was due to the buyer and no fault of Harbours, they really went out their way to make sure things were pushed through and as stress free as possible for me.The team are really friendly and helpful, keeping in touch regularly and always on hand to answer any questions - keeping your mind at ease. Up until the day of sale the guys were in contact with both lawyers, the buyer and myself ensuring a smooth , stress free handover for me. I also received a lovely call afterwards to thank me for my business which was a nice personal touch! I’ll definitely be using Harbour again in future. Thanks Harbour!

A company who care about their clients

Picked Harbor after speaking to three Estate Agents and think I definitely made the right choice. From first visit Charlie was professional and friendly as was every member of the team I had dealings with, Abbey who did the video and photos, and Angela and the other girls in the office. Our sale took longer than expected due to one party pulling out and having to go back on the market and throughout the whole process the team at Harbor were supportive and kept me informed with updates after every viewing and at least once a week whilst waiting for sale to be completed. I would definitely recommend this company as a good professional family business .

Jason and the whole team at Harbour made what I thought would have been a difficult and stressful time a really easy, stress free experience for me. Everything went so smooth and Im more than happy with all the advice and great customer care I received along the way. Regular phone calls to check in and make sure everything was okay at my end and reporting what was going on at their end, I was always in the loop. They were always on hand if I had any worries or queries. Thank you to the whole team for everything they done for the sale of my house and taking the stress away from me.
