Helpful, professional and friendly staff. From my initial contact to put the house on the market, it was live within a week. The professional photographer did an excellent job representing the house accurately. I was advised in advance when viewings were arranged. All in all a very good service.

GoogleTerrible service, arrogant an very unhelpful. My partner and I were going to rent a property through Donald Ross and paid our deposit but swiftly asked for it to be returned after they told us they will not proceed unless we pay £65 per person to conduct reference checks. This practice is illegal and they are the only letting agents I have ever dealt with that had attempted to do this. Avoid at all costs.

Excellent service received from Tracey. Tracey took all the stress from selling the property by organising every stage. She couldn't have helped any more or been any friendlier. We were delighted when the property sold within the first set of viewings with a seamless transition. We were also delighted with the selling price achieved as well. Can not recommend enough.

We decided to use Donald Ross because of the very professional and helpful approach from Gavin Urquhart. He explained the process clearly and simply to a pair of elderly novices. All marketing procedures, including photography, were well handled, resulting in a very quick sale. One concern we had was about the short length of time allocated to each viewer.

From the start Donald Ross oversold and under delivered on the sale of our property. The overall theme throughout the sale was a lack of communication, both with us and between the team it appeared. Not what we expected from a company with this reputation. We were really disappointed and wouldn’t use them for sales again.

GoogleDonald Ross have to be the worst, most dishonest and unprofessional estate agents I have ever come across. Their staff and management are arrogant, sly and don't think twice about twisting the truth. There are far better estate agents out there who won't try to rip you off and do a far better job. Donald Ross should be ashamed of the way they do business.
