TrustpilotSeamless Experience.
Seamless Experience. The Donald Ross team were great from start to finish. Previously dealt with them to sell my flat and it was a no brainer to go back when selling my house. Whole team has been very helpful throughout and a pleasure to deal with. Stand out point for me has been Phil from Ginger Square Media. Kindly done the exterior and interior shots on 2 different days for me, and was happy to show me the photo's and how they would be created. Great experience, would recommend without a doubt.

From beginning to end Donald Ross were brilliant. Maureen, Tracey, Jen and James all provided a fabulous service which meant my property was sold in just 5 days. I got a very competitive price, my needs as a seller we’re met and frankly I can’t thank them enough. I would thoroughly recommend their product to others.

I viewed a house last year in Kilwinning.I can’t remember the lady’s name, (apparently it was a different lady showing us about to who it was messaging us in the email) she was selling her friends partners house. We were interested but she was extremely pushy and saying if we wanted it we needed to put an offer in that night and actually told us what other people’s offers were which, I later found out you’re not allowed to do that. I ended up didn't put an offer in, and I also later found out that the house sold for a lot less than what the lady told me someone’s offer was for, so was blatant lies to try and get her friend more money. A few other estate agents have also done this and I will be reporting each and every one of them.

TrustpilotFantastic Service from Start to Finish
We would like to give our heartfelt thanks to everyone who we had the pleasure of speaking with. From Tracy and Maureen to Taylor who showed us the property and answered all our questions. Such an eloquent gentleman and a credit to Donald Ross. They were all very helpful, maintaining contact throughout, updating us every step of the way. They were very efficient and made a rather stressful process, less stressful. We would highly recommend Donald Ross and if we need an estate agent in the future, they will be our first choice. Many thanks, you deserve 5 stars.

I currently rent a flat in Ayr from Donald Ross letting. I recently had a flood in the flat I rent. I like the flat but not with water flooding through it. So, Jenny from the letting agency was on holiday from work and saw the serious nature of my problem and helped me through. The insurance team were very slow to respond and I realised when he arrived with a plunger that something strange had been miscommunicated..... Anyway, Jenny and the flat owner have been great! Looking forward to new flooring.... White goods replaced when the old ones give out too, am happy here.

TrustpilotFabulous service
Fabulous service! We decided to choose Donald Ross as reviewing various properties on the internet, theirs stood out and this combined with local knowledge and reputation made the decision easy. Tracey explained what services they offered and also covered the majority of my viewings (and there were quite a few) plus the team in their Irvine and Ayr offices were always on hand to help. After explaining some initial concerns on marketing in general, they reassured me that I was in expert hands and they certainly delivered that. Within a week we went to closing with multiple offers. Cannot thank them enough and would recommend thoroughly.

TrustpilotCheapest or Best?
Selling property isn't always easy. You can either go for one of the 'cheaper' options or go for a quality service like Donald Ross. You might get lucky with the cheaper agents, but there is no need for luck if you sign up with Donald Ross. They are professional, thorough and they work tirelessly to market and sell your property. Definitely not the cheapest, but I wouldn't sell with anyone else.

TrustpilotFantastic service
From a base point of not having any idea how to proceed when I suddenly was faced with selling my parents' home, Donald Ross stepped in and did everything seamlessly. I need not have worried - they are very professional and they really know their business. They led me through the process, explained everything and communicated with me at all stages. I was also encouraged to phone them with any questions or concerns I had. My parents' house sold in three days for a very good price, without me even having to go to a closing date, so a great result for me and my family. I can highly recommend Donald Ross and their staff to anyone.
