Worst management and money eaters

Worst management and money eaters, fake, scam, plesse avoid Stevenage taylors. I have given my property to let and manage to Stevenage Taylors, oh my God, they looted me almost every now and then. Many hidden charges and when I ask to end the contract they asking me £720 and 6 months notice. This is absolute loot. Now Iam end up with nowhere, I may go legal action against them. Same thing their sales team did to me when I put my property for sale last year which they signed trapped me and signed solo contract. Finally they did not sold the property and because of solo contract, i stuck with Taylors. This is illegal.

Taylors happy to rent with rats…kettering

Taylors Northampton happy to rent out a property in kettering that it turns out every tenant left within a year because of no insulation and can't afford to heat however many oil heaters you use - turns out the rats got cold and ate their way inside - they soon left because its so cold. Even the letting agent who attended to see rat hole said its warmer outside! 3 months of no action despite rat faeces, tenant left for health reasons - taylors were aware of, guess what , its been relet within days after the rat hole filled with expanding foam & painted over. There is a formal complaint being made for negligence. Genuinely hope nobody from the taylors families ever need to rely on such poor service providers. You should be ashamed trying to cover your tracks, especially you Helen, never answered an emergency call but fired off hope your happy with repairs when tenant had left???? And no I am not the tenant

At first, there was small issue with viewing we have arranged as no one showed up on the day so I wrote a complaint about it,as we had do travel over and hour for the viewing.Luckily, lovely Celine stepped up and sorted out viewing for us, she was amazing from the start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble for her, very friendly and helpful, she went above and beyond to sort out everything for us, to make the move less stressful and we do appreciate that. Thank you!

We had a very poor experience with Taylors Aylesbury. We booked a viewing in advance for a property at Viridian Square and received a booking confirmation message. We travelled more than 2 hours and nearly 100 miles for the viewing. When we reached the property, no one was there for the viewing. We called the branch multiple times but no one took the call. We left multiple messages that we are waiting, however, no one responded or showed up for the viewing. We waited for over 45 minutes and eventually when there was no response, we left. Even afterwards, no one contacted us for any apology or explanation.

So I was looking to sell my property and was sold bag of lies from these jokers at Taylor’s estate agents.•Customer service skills from Luton branch staff were non existent.•The marketing manager ADAM Bolton who signed us up told us lies regarding the contract just to get us signed in and after said he did say those things just 2 days after! SHOCKING •Advertising was shambles, spelling mistakes, •Actual viewing that was scheduled on agent showed up at all and no apology. So no thank you I will take my business else where. Just guys are jokers and I wud recommend you use another agents.!

Yet another great service!

Yet another great service from the lettings team. Vienna & Lesley have been persistent and professional throughout. The covid impact has left me rather downbeat but the ladies have been optimistic ad continued forward, and their tenacity paid off. As I have come to expect (im spoilt now) they go above my expectations, which is very reassuring and comforting. 5 stars doesn't do David, Katie and the team at Taylors in Swindon justice, David was an absolute legend when it came to letting my house out, no only did he take excellent photographs, full listing details, my property went on their website on a Friday and Monday morning I had a call to say a Let had been agreed, rent payments have been on time every month, any questions I've had have been answer quickly.When we came to list my wife's house ready for our move we went straight to David, I didn't think it was possible to beat last time but they had a let agreed the same day we instructed them.David should be well on the way to winning Letting Agent of the year (if such a thing exists!)If your considering letting out your home - use Taylor's it's as simple as that!

We listed a property with the kingswood…

We listed a property with the kingswood estate agents who advised to put it on as an auction. The original value of the property was set at £210,000. Within a month of the property being listed the auctioneer was already trying to drop the price of the property by £40,000 to £170,000. We were not happy about this as it had hardly been on the market for a while and didn't want to lose that much value in that short of a time. We asked that the property be relisted normally and not on auction which Taylors advised they would do. 6 weeks later we get a message from Taylors stating they'd had no interest and to request we drop the price again at which point we checked the advert online to find out they were still advertising the property on as auction and had no changed it as requested. We were pretty annoyed about this and asked that they remove it from listing and we would go elsewhere as they had made a complete mess of trying to sell our property. This is also an ex rental property so it is costing us money to hold onto it empty.

Gloucester branch - useless for letting. Avoid.

I’ve signed up for full letting management of my property, while working away, through Countrywide (actually Taylor’s in Gloucester, who come under Countrywide). Useless.They have to be prompted to do even the most basic things such as arranging for safety certificates, property checks etc.The full management service is supposed to come with a web portal for landlords. Never updated.Nobody answers the phone at the branch. Nobody replies to emails. When trying to contact the tenancy renewals team, the automated system sends you on a seemingly endless loop (“Press 1 for renewals” end up being passed straight back to menu options)Never update their internal system, so if you do get hold of someone they never know what’s happening. Paperwork has been lost. Instructions never followed.I have no idea what they do. Absolutely useless.
