We sold our property with Michael Graham Estate Agents in the height of the Pandemic, it was a very challenging period for all , however, under the guidance and professional manner of the team ,they finally got us through to completion . Without their calmness, and brilliant negotiations from the beginning to the end of the sale , the chain would have fallen through . Finally, they got in touch, and we arranged for photos and floor plans to be sorted. I also signed and completed all the paperwork. A week and a half later, still nothing, so I called them twice, each time leaving a message for a call back, but never got a call back. 4 weeks after last speaking with Graham and telling him that communication was key for my wife and I, we still have not had a call, txt, or an email. Clearly, Michael Graham does not want a 600k+ listing.

A truly exceptional service from Graham, Alex and Jayne at the Aylesbury office, my sale was a tricky one from the start, but I have to say the team at Micheal Graham made it all possible and absolutely stayed truly focused and professional throughout. Disinterested, rude and lack of any service at all.

My husband and I are a professional couple moving back from the UK to France after 10 years away.We are searching for a rental property to begin with whilst we settle back in and then have a budget of £800k to buy a property. We contacted Michael Graham Aylesbury office to make an enquiry about renting as we like the look of some of their properties. On my second conversation with them I flagged a concern with them which was would they need to meet us in person for the right to rent checks. They emailed back to say yes. As we don't live in the country, and as my husband, to complicate matters further, works overseas (not UK or France) this would not be possible for us so I replied and ask if there was a way round this. I never heard from them again! Firstly, this is a concern that other agencies have overcome. Of course there is a work-around, like in anything in life. In any case, to just not respond is rude and also staggeringly short-sighted. I wrote to the Managing Director to hear his views but he didn't bother to reply either. Tellingly, their Facebook page review facility is switched off. We are pleased to have now found a partner agency who have helped us find a rental property and who will in the near future help us buy. This has been a very stressful time for us, relocating back to the UK and having to do it all from a distance. Michael Graham have lost out, but so have we on their properties, and all so unnecessarily.

Poor Customer Service - Who needs communication...

Awful customer service!!! We took time off work and viewed a property, upon entering the property the young lady simply just said hello and have a look around that was all... didn't provide any information about the house or area. although sometimes it is nice to be left to look around, this felt like there was no interest from the estate agent at all and a real lack of care. When we did ask questions the responses were short and blunt. Upon expressing our interest for the house, she informed all offers had to be made by the end of the week and that it was best and final offers only... We then called back the following day to make an offer to find out they had accepted an offer the day we viewed the property and we were not informed. We were also told that we would not of actually been able to make an offer in the first place as we hadn't yet sold our property, despite the fact we have a mortgage in principle for more than the amount that was not dependant on any equity or profit from our home. we had an initial call where our circumstances were discussed prior to viewing but we were not informed of this even after expressing that we would like to make and offer post viewing at the end of the call.poor customer service, especially for houses that are nearly 3/4 of a millions pounds.

Lee Barry at Michael Graham was absolutely great in helping us find our new house. It was a pleasure to view properties with him as he was easy to chat to and doesn’t do any kind of hard sell, as he believes that if a house is right for you it will sell itself. We built up a really good relationship, to the extent that when we nearly bought a different property through another agent (which subsequently fell through, luckily, in hindsight), I regretted that we wouldn’t be buying a house through Lee, as I would have preferred that. In any case though, we ended up doing exactly that with a much better property and so we are very pleased. We have also viewed a couple of houses with Luke Jackson, who has also been great and involved along the way, and Graham has also done our vendors meetings for selling our property. Everyone at Michael Graham has been a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend them as they are a cut above the rest.

Highly knowledgeable, professional and communicative estate agents. Michael Graham's marketing materials were among the best we'd seen which stood them apart from other agents. Within just a week, we had accepted an offer on our home so we are incredibly thankful (particularly to Lee Barry) that it wasn't a long and drawn out process. From the outset, we felt very much in control of the sale which was important to us with three young children but we were very much guided by their expertise. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend their Aylesbury team.

Not great.At first, the service seemed promising, but the relentless pressure became unbearable, four calls and four emails a day at one point. Once payment was made, communication dropped entirely.The team was rude and showed little regard for customer service, highlighting their need for training. They treated basic tasks as burdens and expected praise for doing their job.Overall, it was a frustrating experience. Avoid if you can.

Once it was advertised they were invisible. The member of staff they sent to show round the first prospective buyer had never seen the property and knew nothing about it so we had to take over. The same thing happened with the next viewer with a different member of staff who had also never visited the property previously and, once again, we had to explain everything to the prospective purchaser. It took 9 months to exchange and they did not communicate with us or the purchaser at any time after the first few weeks so we exchanged contact details with the purchaser and did the rest between us. Even when it came to handing over the keys, Michael Graham never asked to get involved so we even did that ourselves. Having to pay them almost £11,000 for doing next to nothing is what gets estate agents such a bad reputation and Michael Graham certainly exemplified this.
