Thank you to the whole team at Michael Graham's of Aylesbury for helping to sell our grade II listed cottage. We knew it would be a difficult task with an older property in the middle of a pandemic, but Michael Graham's have been amazing throughout the process. Graham visited initially, and came up with an accurate valuation, Alex and Lee brought potential buyers to view, always on time, and with a very professional approach, and Jane in the office was fantastic at answering any queries. From the initial valuation through to the marketing of the property and subsequent viewings, Michael Graham have consistently delivered a high level of service. We chose Michael Graham to market the property because after meeting with Graham it was clear that he had a comprehensive knowledge of the village, was realistic with his valuation and displayed an openness that was reassuring. The quality of the sales literature and online comms were excellent and we had the ultimate say on what visuals and narrative were to be used. I’m a great believer in the numbers game - the more people that see your property, the better the chance you will have of selling it. Lee and Alex certainly delivered. Although the property could be described as niche Michael Graham managed to generate over sixty viewings that attracted multiple offers and although we had a couple of sales drop through (issues down the chain on both occasions) Lee especially showed tenacity in closing the sale. Whether we were dealing with Jane, the office manager, Alex or Lee in sales or Graham, we have been impressed with their communication skills and doing what they say they are going to do - selling our property. In short, I would have no hesitation in recommending Michael Graham Aylesbury.

Michael Graham, MK as one of the worst firms in the UK

We recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Michael Graham, Central Milton Keynes for the purchase of our new property, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. Unlike Chewton Rose, who efficiently handled the sale of our previous home, Michael Graham was disappointingly unprofessional and unresponsive throughout the entire process.From the very beginning, Michael Graham's lack of proactivity was evident. Their communication was poor, and they failed to keep us updated on important developments. On the day of completion, the situation deteriorated further. Both the branch manager and another key team member were unreachable, leaving us in a lurch at a critical moment.After the completion, we were left standing outside our new home with four vans, while Michael Graham was conspicuously absent including the previous owners. To add insult to injury, one of their representatives had the audacity to lecture us on patience instead of taking responsibility for the chaos.Michael Graham's contribution to the process of handing over the keys was non-existent. We had to wait four excruciating days for the previous owners to move their belongings, causing significant inconvenience and stress. Our movers couldn’t put our stuff as per allocated rooms due to ex-owner belonging. Throughout this ordeal, Michael Graham remained offline and uncontactable, from the day before completion to weeks afterwards. Not once did we receive an apology for their abysmal service.In summary, our experience with Michael Graham has been a complete disappointment and a source of immense frustration. Their unprofessionalism and lack of accountability have left us deeply dissatisfied. We would strongly advise against using Michael Graham for buying or selling your property. It is a shame and a disappointment to have encountered such poor service.We will never recommend Michael Graham and would suggest looking elsewhere for reliable and professional estate agents. Do consider Chewton Rose, Central Milton Keynes, found them very professional and proactive.Thank you

Worst estate agent viewing I have ever been to. On arrival, the agent just said he needed to make a phone call and wandered into the garden. We were left to look at the house ourselves and then spent some time at the end actually trying to find the agent. Not only did he not show us round, he also failed to answer any questions. For example, when I asked how old the property was he said maybe 78 but I wouldn't bet my kids life on it. Extremely unprofessional. Following this experience we spoke to the owner after an agent gave us the owner's permission and phone number. The next day were told we shouldn't have been given the number implying our error but in fact theirs. No apology, no nothing. I would reccomend any sellers not to use this agent if you actually want your house to be sold.

Disinterested, rude and lack of any service at all.

My husband and I are a professional couple moving back from the UK to France after 10 years away.We are searching for a rental property to begin with whilst we settle back in and then have a budget of £800k to buy a property. We contacted Michael Graham Aylesbury office to make an enquiry about renting as we like the look of some of their properties. On my second conversation with them I flagged a concern with them which was would they need to meet us in person for the right to rent checks. They emailed back to say yes. As we don't live in the country, and as my husband, to complicate matters further, works overseas (not UK or France) this would not be possible for us so I replied and ask if there was a way round this. I never heard from them again! Firstly, this is a concern that other agencies have overcome. Of course there is a work-around, like in anything in life. In any case, to just not respond is rude and also staggeringly short-sighted. I wrote to the Managing Director to hear his views but he didn't bother to reply either. Tellingly, their Facebook page review facility is switched off. We are pleased to have now found a partner agency who have helped us find a rental property and who will in the near future help us buy. This has been a very stressful time for us, relocating back to the UK and having to do it all from a distance. Michael Graham have lost out, but so have we on their properties, and all so unnecessarily.

Poor Customer Service - Who needs communication...

Awful customer service!!! We took time off work and viewed a property, upon entering the property the young lady simply just said hello and have a look around that was all... didn't provide any information about the house or area. although sometimes it is nice to be left to look around, this felt like there was no interest from the estate agent at all and a real lack of care. When we did ask questions the responses were short and blunt. Upon expressing our interest for the house, she informed all offers had to be made by the end of the week and that it was best and final offers only... We then called back the following day to make an offer to find out they had accepted an offer the day we viewed the property and we were not informed. We were also told that we would not of actually been able to make an offer in the first place as we hadn't yet sold our property, despite the fact we have a mortgage in principle for more than the amount that was not dependant on any equity or profit from our home. we had an initial call where our circumstances were discussed prior to viewing but we were not informed of this even after expressing that we would like to make and offer post viewing at the end of the call.poor customer service, especially for houses that are nearly 3/4 of a millions pounds.
