Gavin who came out to conduct the valuation was very professional, likeable and offered some great advice in addition to the valuation. Jo then took on the day to day liaison and did a great job keeping us up to date. The team at Cairds made selling our property as stressless as possible

GoogleMyself and my girlfriend are currently in the process of buying our first house through Cairds. We have been seriously impressed with the service received through our point of contact Chris Close (Senior Client Manager). Fantastic communication, and helpful and honest advice throughout the process so far. Very important to us seeing as we're FTB and don't really know what we're doing! 🤣 I will update this review in due course once the process is complete and we're moved in (currently in a chain), but so far we are *very* happy with the service we've received! The 4.9⭐ average speaks for itself.

GoogleMy wife and I had viewed a handful of homes in Ashtead before chancing upon a Cairds For Sale sign outside a property that caught our eye. It was 2PM on a Saturday. We called the office. Explained we had come down from Norfolk and asked if they had time to show us the house that afternoon. An hour later we were greeted by Gavin the branch manager. Our first impression was that both the lady who took the appointment and Gavin were switched on. By Monday afternoon we had agreed a price! Gavin was efficient and timely at getting both sides to agree a price and kept the ball moving through to completion. When we called or emailed they would get right back to us. When there was a delay in the conveyancing process, Gavin would chase it down. In the end we felt as though the house picked us, but if we ever do sell we will definitely pick Cairds. I don’t want to waste anymore energy on Cairds, but just want to warn tenants to avoid them. We had nothing but trouble and then got served a notice for no reason. The only credit to their team is Jade, the rest of them were of no help, especially Bex the Senior Property Manager. No wonder Cairds don’t have Trust Pilot linked to their website or Google search reviews, just read them for yourself.

Really disappointed with the service all round. I moved into their property in December, once i was in I had raised an issue of a constant ringing noise coming from the building next door and had tried explained in detail that it's not possible to sleep through the noise as it runs throughout the night, she said she would get back to me ASAP, regarding that, and I had also asked if i was able to hang a TV on the wall, it's now March and I'm yet to hear a single word back.Then on Tues I emailed the property manager regarding this issue and that I've been waiting months for some sort of response. She said that she would pass it on to the relevant team. I'm still yet to hear a word back. This time I don't want to wait for months before I reach out to them again. I'm paying for a property that Is standing empty and I'm not wanting to stay there at all. If they could of helped in some way then I would of worked with them to figure out a way forward. But I'm at the end of the line now and just want out of the property.

GoogleNothing but a positive experience with Cairds Estate Agents. We were on the market with a local competitor for 14 months before Daniel at Cairds introduced himself and explained why Cairds should be our one and only selling Agent. He didn’t disappoint! Without one offer in over a year with the other Agent within 3 weeks we had 2 offers on the table and multiple viewings. Very very impressed - A week later we got our 3rd offer and found our buyer! Simple and easy communication at all times if you want to sell your home Cairds are the way to go! Massive thank you to Daniel once again - he is our saviour!

Trustpilot**WORST LETTINGS TEAM IN EPSOM**
Hands down the worst lettings team in Epsom, Christina (the new manager) lacks communication skills and professionalism to her landlords. They won’t answer your calls all day if they recognise your number and are avoiding your calls. Massively gone down hill since Millie has left. Also missed the re-let negotiations by a month so the tenants could’ve moved out and left me with very little notice. Taking our properties of them Cairds Epsom Lettings and will be using a different agent. **STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT USING**

GoogleFrom the outset when valuing the property, Gavin and Paul were knowledgeable, realistic, warm and personable. The whole process has been run smoothly with Tom liaising with the potential buyee, who eventually bought our family home. Despite dealing with several members of the Cairds team, the communication was seamless and the team were all informed. The whole process to completion has taken around four months. We would recommend Cairds to support the sale of your property.
