Unprofessional and poor customer service

Specifically aimed at the Ashford branch only. Given your ethos of professionalism and customer service you have totally failed. This company are disingenuous and hide behind emails rather than have a straightforward and honest discussion on telephone. In all my life dealing with buying and selling properties I’ve not come across a worse company to deal with hence taking the time to post a review.

Cant give -5 stars, so 1 has to be okay with me apparently- this is the same treatment I get everywhere, force you to comply to an answer you dont want. MY RATING IS -5 FOR SANDERSONS, NOT 1. Sandersons refused me my rights to ask questions about how my data is being processed and verified. They hire an unregulated 3rd party company - LetAliiance - this company told me directly (I have proof) that they are unregulated. So you give you personal data to an unregulated company on behalf of Sandersons. Absolutely unprofessional, demeaning, and downright disrespectful cowards who are afraid of being held to account. START ASKING QUESTIONS PEOPLE - Youll realise you have no rights in England privately renting., and you just have to except their unregulated rent prices and unjustified wage caps etc. - ITS ALL UNREGULATED, and you are only ever 2 months away from being evicted at at any point - Section 21 Eviction. They can force you to be homeless just because they are having a bad day and dont want to listen to you complain about them.NegativeProfessionalism

Cherie at the Ashford branch has just been amazing from start to finish. She’s been kind and supportive when things have been difficult, and dedicated and tenacious when things haven’t moved fast enough. She’s worked into the evenings throughout the period leading up to exchange and taken the lead with the whole chain to get them moving. I sold my house with Sandersons and I can't recommend them enough. Selling a house is frustrating enough at the best of times but given the pandemic, I don't see how this could have gone much smoother. They were quick off the mark on every issue that mattered, explained things in very simple terms and knew how to get the most out of a market listing, with included professional photography and floor plans. Although I have had several problems with the blinds I purchases from Sandersons they have finally resolved all of them when Alan Robinson arrived with the replacement blinds for my bathrooms yesterday. Alan has been consistently on to the case helping to resolve them and at all times has been efficient, polite and helpful.

Luxating Patellas - Yorkshire Terrier

Our 6 year old small Yorkshire Terrier, Rosa, had surgery 9 weeks ago for luxating patellas in both legs. The skill of the orthopedic surgeon and the after care has been second to none. She had her final x-ray last week and the results were excellent. She is now out of cage rest and is very happy, bouncy and ready to get on with life. We are extremely grateful to the surgeon, Stuart, to Richard and to all the nurses and vets who have taken the very best care of Rosa and us!! Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts

Just had my complimentary internal conservatory valet. Purchased roof blinds last year and am very pleased with the Sanderson product. Rob and Lewis carried out the valet and wow what an amazing job they did. Just to put the cherry on the cake, both Rob and Lewis were a pleasure to have in my home. Punctual, Clean, Respectful and very friendly. Well done both.
